My expected experience is very good.
And bike power is good and looks are very attractive and good. Public reaction and mileage is 45 km/l. Ride quality is very good with braking and tyre grip is too good. Cornering time is very confidence inspiring. Fiber quality is good and light vision in night is very good..

  • Useless service

I bought the bike in nov. 2020, till now riding comfort is good but battery life is not good showroom give its warranty period only for 12 years? another company battery warranty period is 3 years I had suggested many friends go with honda, suzuki, bajaj but not with yamaha, the overall bike is good for city highway because of its bulky look and braking it gives sporty feeling but service maintenance is very bad.

  • Good engine but slightly high maintenance

    Supratim Patra

The buying experience is not too bad.
Then the riding experience is good, it feels heavenly smooth on 5th gear 50-69 km/h or I can say after entering 6000 rpm engine starts telling you its in little trouble, by the way I'm having the BS4 version which has some extra horse. The lower end torque has the capability to beat its rivals because of its weight, which I think the lightest. Overall it is a fun to ride motor, if you are not highly enthusiastic
Looks are very good as we are talking about yamaha after all. Of course it may vary person to person.
Now the service centre of kestopur, Kolkata is not really recommend from my side, they are very well trained for robbing the customer, some will not even know how the money flies. First they take your ride for a spin and then told you such problems which you never could imagine or feel while riding and it will cost absolutely not pocket friendly, still if you want to visit service centre I recommend only the free ones apparently you have to know that noting is free in this world.
Pros- Good engine , nice looking, great mileage, comfortable posture, comfortable for pillion, Good ABS, fantastic control in traffic and good balance due to low CG
Cons- Vibration above 6 or 6.5k rpm, suspension are too soft could lower the ground clearance, maintenance is slightly higher side, rear tyre air pressure keeps leaking somehow, rear tyre hugger is useless.

  • Not good bike compared to previous models of FZ

    Mohammed Faaizz

I'm a Yamaha lover but frankly to say fzv3 is the worst bike compared to v1 and v2 its engine performance, build quality and power are all disasters. Good for long rides. It has abs and mileage these are good points for me
So friends if you are a yamaha lover and a naked bike lover I'd suggest MT15 for the youths & FZ25 for the middle-aged.

  • Yamaha FZ s... Bang for the buck

    Vinith Kumar Amanna

The buying experience is super good... The yamaha staff has good knowledge about the bike in Hyderabad..
The riding experience is too good but in highway 80kmph is the comfortable cruising speed and it has less power for highways. Chain maintainance is high .. you need to clean the chain very regularly. The bike sometimes slips despite having wide tyres . The bike is a beast for city use... Comfortable seating and good handling. The looks are best in the 150cc segment but yamaha should add more power in the bike. I took the bike to kodaikanal trip.. it was good and came back without a single issue. I personally used motul 300v 15w 50 oil... Bike speed , vibrations literally improved a lot... Use engine flush before pouring new engine oil .
The main con is yamaha has the worst service centres .. most technicians doesn't know the recommended oil grades they simply pour yamahalube and service charges are almost 2k in yamaha showroom. They ask you to change clutch plates always. Maintainance cost is low . Fuel economy is 50+ in economy and headlights illumination is less ..
Pros : good handling, great fuel economy and killer looks.
Cons: lack of power, service centres are poor and not suitable for highways

Absolutely amazing in looks, performance, mileage, maintenance, comfortably at this price. Always wear the helmet. Never do rash driving. Service your bike on time. Always drive in economy speed. Less use of clutch. If you will follow these instructions your bike will never stop in the middle of your way. Overall 5* from my side.

  • Review of fzs v3 after a week after delivery

    Yogesharadhyabs

For the money you have paid, it's worth it. But the main drawback lies in its power, fit and finish of the bike. The riding experience is good with less vibration. Coming to it's looks it's pretty decent but it's fit n finish is sub standard. You can easily spot gaps between the frame n the seat. For the beginners it's a good bike.

  • Literally hated it

    Kalyan

Firstly riding experience was very smooth and awesome along with good seat comfort and no vibration even in high revs also.
But, I have got an issue with the bike within only one week of delivery. After filling the full tank fuel and riding for some time the bike stopped itself and haven't started at all. I just had to tow the bike to the showroom. And the showroom mechanics also didn't understand what the problem is. And they are just saying that I should not fill the bike with full tank fuel. After keeping the vehicle with them for one and a half days they called and told that the vehicle is fixed. And when I asked the technicians about the issue they said nothing about it and they are saying that the vehicle is fine now take the vehicle like that till now I didn't even know what the problem is...!. And when I went to the showroom the executive said the bike will give pakka 50 plus mileage for sure but I'm getting only 40
Literally hated the service experience of the showroom.

I have owned fz-s v3 matt blue bike since june 2019. I ride around 15-20 km daily & occasionally long trip.If frankly speak than, this bike is beast and pretty comfortable for city ride but when u ride it on highways then it will feel under-powered. I add fully synthetic engine oil for upgrade the performance and i can feel the difference with the initial bite. And if u talk about looks than the only cons is the headlight, the headlight looks very undefined with the muscular tank.Pros-braking is awesome with single channel abs..Mileage depends on your riding style but my beast give 40-45 kmpl in city.

    Nilesh
