Astonishing pick up, massive power, great look makes fz25 the best in class bike.I have experienced it on nh1 where i enjoy riding.Believe me that it is loyal and never let's you down.Other bikes as pulsar rs200,r15 stands no near. The mileage also deals good with 40 kmpl ,of course yamaha reliability is best for engine, clutch, gear as it gives smooth riding, the great shock absorber and powerful light makes it a perfect package.

I booked it through paytm then i collected the bike from showroom. This is one of the best bike with awesome design quality and colors.. I have purchased the blue one which is mind blowing.Pros:1) design and look i will give 5 star ?? 2) engine is very refined. No unwanted vibrations. 3) comfortable for long rides.4) handling is really good. 5) efficient brakes.6) all led headlamp and tail lamp.7) 14 l fuel tank gives a very good range.8) light weight. The kerb weight is 148 kg.Cons:1)modern tech missing - no slipper clutch , no abs, no usd forks, missing led indicators , no gear shift indicator .2)not a high revving engine - limited at around 9 k rpm , made for sprint runs and feels stressed after 120 + kmph.3)not so bright headlight / very poor mud-guard - unable to stop the dirt from getting on to your back during rains.

  • Yes YAMAHA

    Aditya

FZ 25 is definitely a quarter litre beast. When you compare with the KTM Duke 250 the power numbers just look very shy but when you ride this bike the first impression will be that Its a No Nonsense Bike.
Power delivery is very linear as the torque is concentrated in mid range which makes it a good to commute daily use motorcycle.
The riding posture is erect and gears are slightly back which gives somewhat an aggressive stance
The Gear shifts are smooth but Its difficult to find neutral as it's a common problem with most of the Yamaha bikes
The overall riding experience is good but the front suspension are a bit on the stiffer side as compared to the rear mono shock. The seat cushioning is a bit hard so for me it gives terrible but aches when going through potholes.
Also the bike ride is pretty smooth till you reach 80km/hr but post that the handle bar and the foot pegs come alive and cause you serious trouble. So would suggest to ride between 70-80 to enjoy a stress free ride.
The bike however can touch the 130 mark at ease but will definitely hamper the mileage.
So if ridden sensibly then FZ 25 do return a mileage of 36-37 which is pretty good for a quarter litre bike and the best in the segment.
I will definitely miss the lack of 6th Gear and ABS (now coming as option thankfully) along with gear shift indicator and better instrument cluster
But anyways Kudos to Yamaha for delivering such an awesome practical machine at a very reasonable price point

Beast mode when you are on it. Absolute killer in this segment. I just love the pickup and the rush it creates when the throttle gets opened. One of the finest machine i have seen so far. Mileage: 30 (due to my riding style: most of the time i will be riding it in 80's or 90's) pickup: try yourself to understand the behavior of the beast. Maintenance: pocket-friendly compared to re (owned it before with the hole in the pocket). Negative: service center guys need to be aware of rectifying the problem and fixing the same. Not necessary to bring yamaha engineers to fix the minor problem. I am definitely not a yamaha guy or a sales executive to promote this. It's my personal opinion based on my experience on this bike.

Good for all condition.. Off road and highway.. Mileage is good. Good performance for higher altitude. Bike stability and traction is clear visible. Tourque is best for this segment bike. But instrument cluster is not good. No gear indicator. City and highway both performance are good and off road is better.

Very good bike, excellent smoother ride quality is good. Road grip is too good mileage is also not bad, looks are just the thing that tempts you to buy this bike . Suspension are so soft that small potholes and humps aren't even felt. Engine is refined and has an average punch, but the appreciable point her is it's throttle response, it reaches around 37-39kmph in 1st gear in a very short span.

This is my first bike. Gifted by my papa, when i ride it for first time i was surprised. Before it was launched in India, i saw the bike for first time in bikewale.Com only. The bike is very stylish and got modern look. The sound of the silencer which i really like. Now it is very comfortable for me as i used frequently.

    Vivekananda
