According to this price range, the quality of the bike is unbelievable. And the mileage is too good. I recommend that if anyone buys a bike under Rs 170000, this Bike MT 15 is the best choice. Rather than everything is good looking. And if you look for mileage then according to me it gives 48-49 on highways and overall it gives 45 very satisfying mileage.

Tips for Yamaha MT 15 V2

I will recomend that do service your bike in time , then everything will be fine.

Better handling experience on driving than others. The light clutch will be a boon for city dwellers. Just like its fully-faired sibling, the MT-15 is a great handler. This bike wants to be played with around every corner, thanks to its lightness and compact dimensions. It's very easy to steer the MT-15 into corners, and it kept on doing that willingly.
The Yamaha mt 15 bike is excellent for youth who are between 20-30 age, this bike head headlight looks like a robot face which can scare the people in dark by adding a red light to head light. It is similar in price ktm but performance is better than ktm. The Yamaha MT-15 V2 also has Variable Valve Actuation (VVA) technology for efficient performance across varied speeds. The variable valve lift and timing help the bike achieve good acceleration even at lower rpm.
However, we noticed a slight drop in acceleration around 5500 rpm. The rider's perch is firm but comfortable for long trips. Parked Motorcycle Syndrome is a thing, believe me. I was just not able to find the time to head outside the city on my MT-15 long-term motorcycle, even after the lockdown restrictions began to ease.
The Yamaha MT-15 might seem expensive compared to another 150cc bike. It Has premium features like a liquid-cooled engine with variable valve actuation, a Deltabox frame for handling, and high-quality materials.

Brought the bike to Barrackpore, West Bengal. The buying experience was smooth. I was getting a BH registration and the showroom staff helped me very much.
The bike is smooth and rides like a hot knife in butter inside traffic and crowded roads.
1st service was around 930 rupees and till now I have faced no real maintenance issues
    Pros
    Mileage around 48 kmpl
    Handling
    Pickup speed
    Cons
Riding in 1st gear is not smooth
The back seat is very narrow and is uncomfortable

  • MT 15 REVIEW

    Debasnan Behera

    1. Buying this MT 15 was my dream. I felt worthy after buying this mini monster.
    2. The riding quality is superb in this naked category. There are no messy sounds at all. While cornering the bike, it gives you confidence. The tire grips are good. I would love to do cornering during the road curves.
    3. I would like to tell the 2 eyes of MT to give the machine a devil look. It performs better than every bike in this naked category (150 cc).
    4. The servicing cost of this bike is affordable and pocket-friendly.
There is no such maintenance cost other than the chain tight and proper lubricating the chain.
    5. The pros are
    1. Good looking
    2. Mileage is good
(42- if you drive above 100 kmph)
(46-48 if you drive above 80 kmph)
(53- if you drive around 65 kmph)
    3. Handling is very easy
    Cons:-
    1. Ground clearance is not enough.
If 2 bulky people sit on this bike, you could have a problem with the speed breakers.

    1) I want to buy this bike, but I can't
    2) Comfortable for riding and you feel like a bird riding
    3) performance is ultimately wonderful
    4) one of the best service company
Powering the MT-15 is a 155cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder motor producing 18.5PS at 10,000rpm and 13.9Nm at 8500rpm. MT 15 feels more polished, precise, and refined, almost like a samurai. It makes every commute an event and that's exactly what you want from a streetfighter. But the bike is not without its flaws.

The Yamaha MT series has consistently been a favorite among motorcycle enthusiasts for its blend of performance, style, and versatility, and the Yamaha MT V2 continues this tradition admirably. As a successor to the popular MT-07, the MT V2 brings several enhancements that cater to both seasoned riders and those new to the MT lineup.
At the heart of the Yamaha MT V2 is a refined 689cc parallel-twin engine, renowned for its smooth power delivery and strong mid-range torque. This engine not only provides exhilarating acceleration but also remains manageable for everyday riding scenarios. Riders will appreciate the revised fueling and throttle response, which contribute to a more refined riding experience across different road conditions.
One of the standout features of the MT V2 is its updated chassis. Yamaha has improved the frame and suspension setup, resulting in enhanced handling and agility. Whether navigating city streets or carving through twisty mountain roads, the MT V2 feels stable and responsive, inspiring confidence in riders of varying skill levels.
Design-wise, the MT V2 retains the aggressive, streetfighter-inspired look that has become synonymous with the MT series. The muscular tank and minimalist bodywork not only look sharp but also contribute to the bike's aerodynamics and overall balance. LED lighting all around adds a modern touch while improving visibility for both the rider and other road users.
Comfort hasn't been overlooked either; the MT V2 features a redesigned seat and ergonomics that ensure long-distance rides remain enjoyable. Additionally, practical amenities such as a clear LCD display, ample storage options, and integrated riding modes enhance the bike's usability and appeal.
Overall, the Yamaha MT V2 impresses with its combination of performance, style, and everyday usability. It's a motorcycle that caters to a wide range of riders, from those seeking thrilling weekend rides to commuters looking for a reliable and fun way to navigate urban environments. With its updates and refinements, the MT V2 solidifies its position as a standout choice in the naked bike segment.

  • Best bike for me forever.
