When I am looking to buy a sporty bike I found Yamaha bikes are great in the market by price and features it provides compared to others. My riding experience with MT 15 V2 till now is very exciting and enthusiastic I never ever feel I got the wrong choice. What about looks this has an amazing look in this range and have some different way from other that make it unique. If you want to make a powerful bike at low prices and low maintenance after you can choose it because it gives the feel of a heavy bike but at the lowest price and low maintenance. Rs.1500 to 2000 Highest
Its have a great 155cc engine which provides 135 plus speed and very smooth top speed was amazing. Also no vibration like other compatible bikes in this price range.

My friend bought this bike 1 year before and I drove it and I liked it. So I wanna buy the same one because it gives that much comfort and pleasure. Everyone said it might take a month to deliver the bike but I got it within 4 days of booking and I'm so happy with this machine. The best bike that I've driven so far:).

MT-15 I took this bike 3 months ago, This is awesome while riding in the city it has very good pickup and also good average, and it is very comfortable for long drives. The best thing about the Yamaha mt 15 is that it is low maintenance and also it gives mileage of around 50km/l which according to me after having a 155cc bs6 engine is very good. I also love the looks of this bike, The Looks are very aggressive and I have never seen front looks like this on any other bike.

Make sure you warmup the engine in the morning before taking it out. This can be done by just switching on the bike and let it idle for around 1–2mins. Since it is new, for the first 1000kms do not revv the engine above 4000–5000RPM. Always keep the RPM below 4000 until the first service. Whatever you do, the mileage will be comparitively lower during the first 1000kms and will increase gradually after the first service

The MT-15's engine is refined and smooth, with good tractability and fuel economy. It can handle low speeds without shuddering and is geared so you can ride in fourth gear at 20 kph.
The MT-15 lacks dual-channel ABS, and some say a quick-shifter could be offered as an option
The MT-15 is agile and has good handling dynamics. Version 2.0 has an improved front-end feel and stability, with upside-down forks and an aluminium swingarm.

As an 18-year-old, there's a lot to be excited about when it comes to the Yamaha MT-15. Here's a look at why this bike can capture the heart of any young rider:
    1. Aggressive and Sporty Design: The MT-15 stands out with its aggressive and muscular design. The sharp lines, bold color schemes, and futuristic LED headlights make it look like it's straight out of a sci-fi movie. For a teenager, this bike screams style and makes a statement wherever you go.
    2. Performance and Thrill: Underneath its stylish exterior, the MT-15 packs a punch with its 155cc liquid-cooled engine. With VVA (Variable Valve Actuation) technology, it offers a thrilling ride, whether you're cruising through the city or hitting the highways. The quick acceleration and responsive handling are perfect for a young rider looking for some adrenaline.
    3. Comfort and Control: The upright riding position and well-padded seat make long rides comfortable. The bike's light weight and agile nature provide excellent control, which is great for a teenager still perfecting their riding skills. Plus, the slipper clutch adds an extra layer of smoothness to gear shifts.
    4. Advanced Features: Yamaha has packed the MT-15 with modern features that appeal to tech-savvy teens. The digital instrument cluster provides all the necessary information at a glance, and the LED lighting ensures you're visible and stylish both day and night.
    5. Personal Connection: Owning an MT-15 is not just about having a mode of transportation; it's about having a companion that matches your youthful energy and passion. The sense of freedom and independence it provides is unmatched, making every ride an adventure.
    6. Community and Identity: Riding a Yamaha MT-15 can also connect you with a community of like-minded enthusiasts. Whether it's joining riding clubs or participating in events, the MT-15 can be a gateway to new friendships and experiences.

  • Are you comfortable with all these drawbacks think twice test ride twice and read this twice before buying. Honest review with user experience.

    Harsh

I have been using this bike for a quite long time, to start with the performance, it is good quite above avg if compared with other bikes in this segment, mileage is good too, but with manufacturing wise, I would never recommend it to anybody, poor designing by Yamaha, uncomfortable pillion seat, worse indicator qualities (it is observed that 9 out of 10 people have these issues with bike), not strong headlight (even tvs jupiter has brighter headlight than this), maintenance cost is high, worse rear grab grills I have seen in this segment (it makes no sense to have like these once), also not at all comfortable with height above 5.5 people if they have to seat on the pillion seat, knees will be at more height than the seat, cannot seat properly, also the seat is so small and less comfortable that you cannot travel for more than half an hour continuously. It makes no sense to opt for this one considering all the drawbacks, also you can get similar pros in other bikes in this segment as well, I would recommend taking at least 2 test rides (solo and with a pillion), and comparing the performance, comfort, and riding experience. Think twice before opting, if you are comfortable with all these cons then only consider buying, also you can see a lot of reviews or videos with pros, but at the end of the day, cons matter the most which makes your experience memorable whether its discomfort or poor performance that depends and varies individually, thank you ride safe.

    Devesh Yadav
