Ride quality & handling

really an awesome riding experiences given by this bike..We really feel this bike as a more than worth of its actual rate..Its gives an experience of riding a ship in a smooth sea,perfect handbears gives a well controlled handling,its a too short bike but also an weightless bike

this bike defeats the market of karizma zmr,honda cbr,..An noticable point is that thos karizma and honda cbr are more worth than this unleased racer r15..Its a brilliant make from yamaha..Thanks for yamaha fr giving me a awesme bike.........

Areas of improvement

mileage wanted to be improved is my kind request becuse some are didnt like this to buy for giving an less mileage,silencer want t be shorted like for yamaha fz,t give more look.....

Style i don't think that styling of this bike needs to be spoken of instead just take a look at it guys. Definitely you will fall in love with it.

Engine performance, fuel economy and gearbox the engine performance is just fabulous. 17 Ps power itself tells us everything about the refinement of the 150cc engine. The fuel economy is fair enough ranging between 35-40 kmpl. It seems too bad as compared to other 150cc bikes but guys we have to take in consideration the incredible power offerded by the bike. Believe me the dive in mileage is worth the power offered. The 6 speed gearbox is just smooth as silk. It might feel a gruelling job while riding in city but turns out to be a boon while riding on the highway.

Ride quality & handling the ride quality is just unbelievable. It has a stiffer suspension which helps a lot in handling. If you feel that riding this bike needs a tiring posture please refer to the photos on http://www.Yamaha-motor-india.Com/service/experienced_rider/safety_riding.Html

Areas of improvement i think that the bike should come with an optional abs and the pillion rider height should be lowered a bit.

Looks amazing the design is absolutely mind blowing. Nice performance, fuel economy is good enough actually depends on riding style and very smooth ride. Hardly there is any vibrations at top speed. Gear change is also smooth.Bike quality is good enough. The ride quality is superb and handling is really amazing. Just the problem is with the pillion rider. But overall r15 is an awesome motorcycle.

6.....Comfort level is poor ....But it's ok...But second seat is so bad because family members don't like this type of shit ...

But your girlfriend feel good ??

engine performance, fuel economy and gearbox engine performance excellent till now, fuel economy is 35 kmpl even though it has not been serviced once its best in class if you see from a racing bike prespective, gearbox is too smooth as compare to others.

Ride quality & handling handling is what this bike is known for.

Final words buy it asap.

Style style is the reason i bought it. The color combination is good like red &white and also blue & white

engine performance, fuel economy and gearbox gears are smooth. Giving upto 50kmpl outside city inside could be 40+.

Ride quality & handling love it. Total controllable. Breaks are awesome. No one can overtake you on road.

Areas of improvement provide on option to disable back seat like royal enfield has.

I bought this bike in march 2015 and still having this bike. Honestly this bike is having road presence. In 150cc segment this bike is having no match. It is having proper sports bike feel and seating posture.Looks little old as new competitors are in the market but still it is doing very good job.Service cost is also not high but needs proper care and maintenance.

I have been reading since this bike more than 6 years it's really very comfort it still has a huge power it has the mileage of 45 km per litre i really appreciate the maker the performance of this bike is extremely accurate it really helps me a lot while i drive daily nowadays you find any of the files which cannot compared with r15 there are many bikes which cannot perform as such as yamaha i really love it

1.Its always a great experience to buy your dream bike so the buying experience was so good and i bought my bike on emis although i got a good deal so the was so touchy for me and was awesome.2.Lets talk about riding experience so the riding experience always fun for me of r15.I am a student so mostly i ride my bike only in the city.In city r15 does a great job.3.If we talk about looks of r15 it gives you full racing look it is a racing sport bike what i love the most about this is the riding posture mostly people says that the riding posture is not good of r15 but i love the posture because it helps when you speeding up to bike and on the corners it gives you a very safe posture not as much as comfortable for long rides but its good.The performance of r15 is way better than the other 150cc bikes in the market as i feel the torque of the bike is so good which gives you very high pickup thanks to its fuel injection technology like as we seen in the 200cc duke. If we talk about the mileage of r15 so in the city it gives you the mileage of around 40 and on the highway it gives you around 45 to 50kmpl which quite good according to a racing sport bike.4.Servicing of yamaha is so good as i feel it gives you full satisfaction.The maintenance cost of r15 is little bit more than the other 150 or 200cc bikes but its good.5.Pros-r15 has a good pickup thanks to its fuel injection technology it is the only bike which provides you this technology in a 150cc bike.Cons-the only con i feel in this bike is pillion seat and its quite expensive.Although the bike is awesome it will give you a great experience of bike riding.Wear your riding gears always while you riding stay safe.
