Yamaha YZF R15 V3

The Yamaha YZF R-15 is one of the most affordable and popular sports bikes in the Indian market. The hardware on offer is also quite good. Suspension duties are performed by USD forks in the front and a mono-shock at the rear. The engine is a liquid-cooled unit that pumps out 18.14 bhp and 14.2 Nm. Overall it is a beast in the Indian market.

Excellent model and design, mileage is unbelievable. Good riding position. Nice look, slipper clutch is very excellent, racing look, awesome speed entirely it is a monster. The color combination is wonderful. Dark Knight is my favorite color, other colors are so good, very good engine capacity. It gives a better feel in the drive. his bike has so many features and the best price. Amazing bike and also the perfect bike.

Despite its popularity, the yamaha r15 has been criticized for its lack of power and poor fuel economy. It is also known for its high maintenance costs and frequent breakdowns. Though customer service is rather responsive repairs are quite affordable if we compare them to other same-spec bikes in the market.

I have purchased v3 in Dec 2020 and now it runs only 27-2800 km's in this time period I faced lots of problems. My machine only runs 5-6 km home to office instead of this little distance I have face many problems in 3-4 months .1.Tank cover locks.2. Footrest vibrations.3. Unwanted vibrations. In the showroom they replace Tank cover of right side and middle one only in the warranty but this problem remain same.* overall I am not satisfied with the dealer because they told that it will occur after running more km's and we Cant do anything for this & they are unable to do anything for footrest. If the part is not repairable why the cant replace it with new one? if it payable we have to pay for it but they are not interested to do that small faults.

I bought my bike(R15 v3) in the month of October, got my first service in the month of November. Just after 2 month of service, my bike engine start making kit kit noise. Immediately next morning I took my bike to Yamaha dealer (himgiri Yamaha east Krishna nagar) on 6th Feb. 21. & he told me that engine is not taking engine oil and further engineer will see exact problem. After few days I follow up with dealer and he told me bike has manufacturing defect and require a replacement of part called '' cylinder kit. I took follow up in every 2-3 days but dealer told me part is pending with the Yamaha end. Till date I have not received my bike yet. They have charged me engine oil in the bill in the first service but still my bike engine got tempered. I also called Yamaha many time but they did not give me a satisfactory result. On 25th Feb Ialso raise a complaint ticket(ic-5***) with Yamaha. But till date no action is taken.
