Never wanted to waste time so parked vehicle at someone house, now looking for sensor from Yezdi service station, they say bring the vehicle, to get the vehicle to service station is 5000 Rs , but Iam planning to sell this

Tips for Yezdi Roadster

Keep most of the spare in your luggage , having one or the other issues, finally in long trip got fed up with side stand sensor, runs for 30 min so and stops, need wait for 4 hrs to start.

    Riding and visual appeal is awesome. Good service is done by Auto tech Howrah. This bike just needs a bit of maintenance from the owner's side. It’s been 21000 kms now and still, the bike is like new.
    Little Issues faced with to gear and chain set but the same is resolved by SC. Parts are a bit costlier side.

  • A head turner, agile in the city, cruises on the highways

    4 days ago

    Anmol Singh

    My stint started with a visit to the Jawa showroom for test riding the 42,
    I'm fairly tall 6'1" so it felt way too small for me, disappointed as I parked the bike, next to it was the green-colored roadster in all its majesty.
    I test-drove it and I loved it from the first acceleration, the agility, the pickup, and the ride posture.
    I was a bit skeptical about it, considering the non-availability of any advice, I tried the classic 350, highness but all seemed subpar compared to the high I felt while riding it. I was smitten.
    It's been about 6k kilometers driving in peak Bangalore traffic on the weekdays and trips on the weekends and suffice it to say, that feeling remains
    The heating issue complaints are there, within the city that is. But it is manageable if you wear shoes.
    The engine kills sometimes below 2k rpm.
    False neutral issue is also there.
    But apart from these, the ride quality, the acceleration, and the overall experience more than compensate for this.
    Overall if you're looking for a mean-looking machine with a punch this is the bike for you.

  • Yezdi Roadster: Looks Can Be Deceiving - A Review of Overheating & Service Neglect .

    7 weeks ago

    Yezdi Roadster: A Buyer's Regret (Hyderabad)
    Disappointment from the Showroom Floor
    My journey with the Yezdi Roadster started with a red flag. I was set on an adventure bike, but the showroom in Hyderabad offered a damaged bike for a test ride – bent handlebars and footrests! Despite this initial lapse, I took a chance and ended up liking the Roadster on the test ride more than the Adventure. While there was a BMW showroom next door with a 310 GS available for testing, I went ahead with the Yezdi, a decision I now question.
    Initial Fun Cut Short by Overheating Issues
    The initial riding experience was enjoyable. However, that enjoyment quickly evaporated when the brutal heating issues began. My first encounter with traffic after purchase was nerve-wracking. The bike's heat became so intense in stop-and-go traffic that I feared it might catch fire. The showroom's explanation that this extreme heat was "normal" for the first 1000 kms is concerning, to say the least. The constant heat radiating from the engine made riding uncomfortable, especially on my legs. While it did improve slightly over time, summer brought a whole new level of misery. The cooling fan became a permanent fixture, a constant reminder of the engine's struggle to stay cool. Despite repeated complaints, the service team brushed them off as "common for these bikes."
    Looks and Performance: A Glimpse of Hope
    The Yezdi Roadster does have some redeeming qualities. The design is undeniably cool, and it gets a lot of positive attention. The performance is also good, which initially made the purchase seem worthwhile.
    Service Nightmare: A Company That Doesn't Care
    This is where the experience truly sours. The service department at the Hyderabad showroom is an absolute nightmare. There's not enough space here to detail all the issues, but let's just say it's exceptionally bad. From failing to address the heating problem to providing conflicting information and showing a complete lack of concern, the service team left me feeling frustrated and unheard. It's ridiculous that a customer has to resort to social media just to get basic service attention.
    Overall: A Buyer's Regret
    While the Yezdi Roadster has some aesthetic appeal and decent performance, the extreme heating issues and the abysmal service experience completely overshadow any positives. If you're considering this bike, especially in Hyderabad, be warned: you might end up with a buyer's regret like me. There are better options out there.

  • The worst bike ever made

    9 weeks ago

    Doc

    One of the worst bikes ever made..built quality is heavy, very heavy. The components are worst ..I had fuel pump failure, throttle issues, sensor issues. 7 problems in the first year it self. Worst milage of only 20 kmph...top speed is about 90 practically. The whole bike shakes like its getting scared. Buying this bike is the worst decision in my life. I will sell this and buy an ola bike or even tvs moped, I will be very happy...
    Please avoid at all cost

  • Quality is not good and lack of service with high maintenance

    10 weeks ago

    Jaykumar S

    I have bought yezdi roadster it's been 11 months 5 days.
    Problem I faced
    * 1st problem fuse
    * 2nd starting problem
    * 3rd lack of service center and careless service
    * 4th Nuts are rusting
    * 5th Heating problem
    * 6th Cylencer paint problem
    * 7th Maintenance cost is very high
    * 8th For every part replacement should pay service charges
    * 9th within a year you have to change battery
    If we ask for warranty service center says that the warranty is not from purchase date it's actually from manufacturing date it seems
    * 10th I had problem with charging coil so with warranty we claimed and asked for the things what he had made changes with bill he said we won't give the details with the copy of bill we will only send it to the company so I asked why you will not give copy of it. He says sir are you paying no right so we are not giving and he just showed in detail the parts what he had changed which was around 5500 RS
    This one was by the service center
    I strongly say not to buy .

  • Yezdi is a waste

    13 weeks ago

    Prashant

    This is the worst bike I have ever seen. There are many 350cc bike which are way better than this yezdi roadster since the time I have purchased this bike every other month this bike is having issues just like / throttle body /ignition coil/ sensors /throttle/ engine/ignition and many more. I can't even express how bad an experience I had with this bike and I will never recommend this bike to anyone because I have seen many more people complaining about the same that I have seen and believe me this bike will leave you on an empty road and then you have to wait/push this bike to get starts and the worst part is that I have visited Every workshop of yezdi in Delhi but almost every workshop cannot completely repair this bike even the responses are not gonna give you any relief every other workshop person will say that we will repair your bike and there will be no issues after that but then just after 3 days same issue occurs. When I went to buy this bike they were very polite and offered me coffee they helped me a lot to understand this bike but when I paid they stopped answering my calls and giving me excuses for RC. They gave me the RC after 3 months Khandelwal in Jhandewalan is the worst bike showroom. To be honest riding experience is not at all great getting breakdowns in between roads bike bolts Falling while riding noises from engine/ engine heat will give you redness in your legs, this bike is I can't even express completely maybe for sure someone is having a great experience with this bike but most of the people I met they were just complaining only about the experience and service. This bike looks great and that was the reason behind me purchasing this bike but since I paid for this bike I'm regretting I thought maybe one or two or three times there would be an issue but every other month ridiculous I have rode this bike for almost 15000km but in this time span this bikes chain was loose 100 times and the responses from their workshop are that this is a problem from companies end that is not our fault the why you are repairing bike of yezdi and jawa even today I have submitted my bike because it was taking too many self to get start and literally after every bike service I have faced mileage drop noises sensors not working and so on . I will only suggest one thing if you're planning to buy this bike please don't finance pay the full amount so that if you'll face any problem you can resell or exchange with other bike companies because once this bike will start having problems it will never end. I never thought of taking this bike for a long route
    Because so many times on roads this bike did not start on a road full of vehicles you can't imagine how much I suffered because of this bike. If you'll purchase just make sure to pay for a complete amount so you can have the option to throw this bike. Yezdi you're literally a waste.

  • Yezdi Roadster... The Real Deal "Once upon a time there lived a Ghost " and that's the Myth

    13 weeks ago

    Abhishek J Nair

    I am thoroughly happy and enjoy riding my roadster. It's always kept me safe and it's never put me down to touch wood.
    The buying experience was great
    I love the riding experience... I kinda didn't get the same anywhere...
    Performance has been top-notch... Long rides are very comfortable, especially for the pillion rider... It's very powerful...
    Honestly, in city traffic it's a little difficult but if you get used to it.. it's nothing more than anything...
    I love My Bike...
    Servicing and maintenance are Average
    Idk exactly what to say it has many good things... The only bad thing which I don't like is the stand it's difficult to pull it down sometimes, especially during the rainy season....
    Gear shift.... The clutch and best part are the easy shifts in gear while speeding is too good, especially with that crazy handlebar.... Very powerful...
    Last but not least I personally didn't like those mirrors some people like the way it is... I recently removed them as they get a little difficult in our Bangalore traffic as they ride crazily... But now I have put them back as the bike looks more elegant with those mirrors....
    Safe motoring I love my bike.

    Use Nitrogen Air Try to stick to One of the petrol pumps like I usually go to HP... They only supply to SHELL so it makes more sense to take it from one Gas station which you are comfortable with Use Nitrogen only it's the best.

  • Yezdi Roadster Inferno Red, detailed ownership review

    I see a lot of negative reviews by people who clearly don't own it. Either way, The bike has both pros and cons; 1. I have ridden it for above 15,000km over the span of 1½years, clocked, 600km with a pillion in a day with no issues, and didn't feel lethargic.
    2. The service center has been very kind, Whitefield Affine Motors and Vellore Jawa Yezdi. They receive you well educate you on the issue and help resolve with it.
    3. As it is a high compression engine we have to put XP95 OR shell power petrol, and works well with any Indian oil petrol.
    4. Roadside assistance is a lifesaver.
    5. Mileage depends on how you ride.
    6. Rev happy engine, never goes out flat on any gear. Ride responsibly. For more details, check out my Instagram page bigbrute99 on Instagram. Thank you.

    I have been using this bike for 1 year I regret buying this bike it's very difficult to ride within the city and also the engine becomes very heat when you drive for 1 km and it has lots of sound like engine sound fan sound which disturbs you very lot when you are riding so avoid buying this bike and also whenever you take this pie you regret and curse the one who manufactures or designed this bike so please avoid buying this bike and do not listen the YouTubers they tell bike is very good they also tell I have driven this bike I got fooled watching their videos.

    Charging oil 3000 km, after the service you feel like the bike is bright new after 2 days you feel like my bike has a lot of work to do after three months my bike got clutch plate replaced the bike was drive and only 2000 km and the service center guy told me so it's normal most of the bike clutch plates will get replaced after 3 to 5000 km. Also the more important point the maximum speed of this bike is 110 when you go about 120 the bike will get shivering they told me the bike's maximum speed is 140 to 160

Thank you.

    7 weeks ago

    Girish

    * 1st problem fuse
    * 2nd starting problem
    * 3rd lack of service center and careless service
    * 4th Nuts are rusting
    * 5th Heating problem
    * 6th Cylencer paint problem

    7 weeks ago

    Girish

    * 1st problem fuse
    * 2nd starting problem
    * 3rd lack of service center and careless service
    * 4th Nuts are rusting
    * 5th Heating problem
    * 6th Cylencer paint problem

    15 weeks ago

    Sayar S
