Hero Electric Optima CX is an electric scooter available in 2 variants and 4 colours. Hero Electric Optima CX generates 1200 W power from its motor. With both front and rear drum brakes, Hero Electric Optima CX comes up with combined braking system of both wheels.
Hero Electric Optima electric scooter is available in two variants – City Speed (HX) and Comfort Speed (LX) – in the Indian market. The HX variant is the high-speed version of the electric scooter range.
The Optima HX is available in two variants – single battery and dual battery. The single battery powered Optima HX boasts a range of 82km while the dual battery version can travel 122km per charge. The charging time stands at four to five hours. The top speed of both variants is rated at 42kmph. This fast speed scooter requires registration.
In terms of styling, the scooter looks similar to the HX version. The sleek design is accompanied by features such as a halogen headlight, apron-mounted front blinkers, and a broad comfortable seat. The colour palette, too, is similar to the LX version and the options include four choices – Red, Grey, Blue, and White.
The hardware on the scooter includes telescopic front forks and dual rear shock absorbers. The anchoring duties are handled by drum brakes at both ends.

I brought this scooter last month and after one month all displays of bikes have gone blank no spare is available at the nearest dealer. Also, I have not received a subsidy after one month. Please do not buy any hero electric vehicles. Hero electric customer care also does not respond well on call and does not know about anything for customer related quires.

Value for money. You recover cost in 15000km

I am writing after one month of using a single battery scooty. Pros: best for riding in the city. Good pickup comparable to my activa but a bit lower. Good shocker for a bumpy road, good headlight, amazing looks, gives 70% of claimed mileage in city traffic. Attractive price compared to others. You should recover your scooty cost in 20000 km and the battery replacement cost in another 7000.Cons: delicate plastics, less leg room, low boot space in dual battery, the seat has a bump separating the pillion which is uncomfortable, I got it covered with foam.

See there are many problems, the build quality is not good, the battery showing software is faulty the scooty stops without warning, the brakes are not so good and it's pricy compared to its rate and features using it from around 1 year so at last, I could say it's ok not so great, it really destroyed my ev enthusiasm, also it given 50 km range is false the real range is around 36 km.

Don't go for hero electric

Buying experience Waiting for 15 days but no option to see even dummy. So that one can decide whether to buy it or not.Riding experienceJust ok. Continues noise on tires when drive with 2 persons and even service center don't have permanent solution for this.Details about looks, performance etc.Looks are good and performance is also ok.Servicing and maintenanceWorst service. No service center available near me and if go to a service center which is 10km distance from my location then they always need complete day to do service and also the quality of service and parts used are very bad.Item replaced at the time of service again stops working in 1 day and on next visit service center need charges for same issue.No way to contact any heads, no one pick call when contact on customer care number.Tried to talk on chat but they are saying use website and submit feedback but they don't know where is the option of giving feedback.ProsElectricConsServiceQuality of material usedQuality of chargerFinal words don't buy this company product because added hero doesn't make it a product of actual hero. Purchasing Hero Optima CX scooty was an awesome experience. Starting at the point I entered into the dealer’s shop, it was all smiles and a lot of professionalism that set the mood for everything.One thing that impressed me about the salesperson was how well-versed they were in all aspects of Optima CX including its benefits. In doing so they took time to learn my needs and preferences. They were patient as they clarified everything for me and provided some insights on what would help me make a good choice.Riding Optima CX during testing felt great because of its smooth-running engine and comfortable seat. The moment you press the accelerator, this bike gives you instant torque with ease owing to its electric motor while seating ergonomics take care of your sitting position. Riding it over uneven pavements convinces me even more about its sturdiness.The salesman also helped me with different money transfer options so that my purchase could be easily without any difficulty. They told me about warranties and post-sales services, making sure that nothing was worrying me regarding the dependability of this investment.In conclusion, riding out on my brand-new Hero Optima CX made me feel proud and excited beyond words.

Keep getting the service done on time and drive carefully while riding. And if you go out for riding, fully charge the scooter and keep an eye on the battery indicator while riding and always wear a helmet for safety, not to avoid the police.

Don't buy electric scooter

It cost me rs.72000 and all the pros are written is fake because it only goes to 50 km in one charge and service cast 300 rs. After every 4 months so, I think don't buy an electric scooter if you are looking for one because all material is a Chinese type materialAnd the service center does not resolve issues because they do not take any care. When I go to service they don't touch scooty after 1 to 2hr after complaint and make pressure they touch and give service but all service are lower than 3rd class I recommend taking a petrol vehicle. Because the electric scooty cost is more and the service is very very poor.
