6. Battery weight is 6 kg. And it’s Portable so that we can remove and charge inside our flat. We don't need to arrange a PowerPoint in our parking.

1. It's a poor plastic bike.
2. No proper service from Hero after purchasing.
3. No spares will be available.
4. Lights and switches will also not be available in service centers. You need to wait for months.
5. If the vehicle gets wet in the rain, Switches and lights will not work properly.
6. There are no proper service centers in Hyderabad for Hero bikes.
7. I am staying in a village; after ORR, there are no street lights while going to my village. I have been waiting for a switch change for the last 3 months. So far, they haven't changed the switch. It's very difficult for me to ride the bike without a light at night. I'm carrying the torch light along with me and managing with that.
---Don't buy this kind of bike, spend a little extra and go for the bikes that will provide better quality. I spent around 1 lack for this bike. Now I feel like I have wasted 1 lack.

This bike is having reverse problems, the display does not show the correct information. The motor sounds irritating. Every time needs to off-on mcv, then only it starts & even has a pick-up issue. Never buy this. The battery power supply is very poor so when I checked with the service center there is a battery issue.

This is something worth buying. I bought it almost 1 year ago. Its battery is just superb. While it is very silent and does not make any sound while starting. Its looks are not great but its performance is awesome. It has a very low maintenance. It has a very good range and speed. Its ride is smother than ola s1 and Ather 450x, which I test ride.

I have been riding hero electric optima cx with dual battery in Hyderabad since July 2022 and here is my feedback:
Good:
- two batteries, so you always have a backup.
- both batteries are removable, so you can remove each battery separately and charge it at home or anywhere.
- two chargers provided that work for both batteries, so you can keep one at home and one on bike for emergencies.
- low price
Bad:
- very low ground clearance, bottom hits most of the speed breakers.
- very slow on slopes. Slow on plain roads too with an adult pillion rider
- top speed of 45 kmph, sometimes feels less on empty roads
- pathetic customer service and delivery experience
- not high-quality materials used, does not feel robust overall.

And this is most decent and a good electric vehicle which runs at normal speed for more than 100kms on single charge this is eco friendly and antitheft scooter and more over this is of budget friendly which includes most comforts to choose a e-vehicle only the problem is it cant exceed more than 40 km/h and looking is quite simple not too attractive overall this model is the considerable as top 10electric scooty available in India.
