This is the worst electric scooter according to my experience. Had faced too many issues with starting the scooter with a password and on every software update getting some or the other issue.And disgusting service is provided by Ola company. At first, they say every complaint service is free later they say the service charge is so and so plus 18%GST.

They are costly but they have a good experience of riding. It is very smooth and they have a sporty look. The service is quite slow and takes a lot of time. Overall experience is good.

Software, servicing issue… did not recommend to buy

The ride is smooth, the main problem is with the software. Displaying wrong information needs regular multiple reboot at the same time. Sometimes Ola is late in responding like wants to turn right and press the indicator button, after 10-15 seconds indicator light starts blinking, at that time turns left behind and it is very dangerous. Servicing availability is taking at least 5-6 days.

I have a Navy blue mat color Ola S1 Pro. An ELECTRIC bike will reduce your expenses on petrol and avoid the long queues at the petrol pump. One charge gives you 110 Km I need to charge every 3rd day. It has a good Music system and needs to attach Bluetooth and you can ride with your loved one and feel like Heaven same as 4 wheeler. It has Good Storage capacity. It works the same as mobile below 15% of charging eco mode starts where your battery saves because in hyper mode battery goes down early. The updated version has a Map on the screen you have to search on the map same as Google Maps. The cons are that it is not comfortable as it has a good height which is Uncomfortable. Not for long routes or long tour journeys as not everywhere fast charger is available. Once charging is over you cannot reach your destination. The front side is not flat so you can not keep stuff in front it will fall down. For women, the bike feels heavy. The price is high.

1. Buying experience: was the most pathetic need to wait for updates and delivery for more than 2 months with no update and will not recommend anyone 2. Riding Experience: This is moderate given I have paid 1.3 L, nothing comparable to any other E-bikes3. Customer care and servicing: this is with a 0 rating by far the worst in the industry with no empathy shown to the customer, no dates will be given no transparency on what is happening with your vehicle. Agents are always rude and try to tell you something in anger

Good product but the after sale service will have to improve

Riding experience is good. But the service has to do a lot. Move OS4 has several technical glitz. Keyless is not that convenient and does not feel as safe. Sometimes need multiple restart still not in a condition to function this motor-powered vehicles. Multiple visits to the service center in shorter intervals.

This great performance in riding looks stylish and has better mileage when riding overall EVs are the best choice to buy I compared all EVs but this one is the best. So very decent performance and the price is also better to buy the ola s1 pro the maintenance cost is also low the disc brake is very accurate when riding.

Very bad experience don't buy OLA

OLA has completely failed in all aspects, for the scooter delivery they took 4 months and I have delivered a completely non-working scooter. Still, I don't understand how come to a brand new Vehicle is not working condition, it indicates they are not doing basic testing also. OLA experience center is the worst they don't have any knowledge and the OLA call center people always say "We will check and get back to you" but they never did. I have been to the service center lot of people are complaining about the scooter, don't buy OLA. I could see CEO/Founder doesn't have any ethics. They are unfit for the business.

Buying Experience is very good for availing finance, Service of experience center, delivery timing, etc. The riding experience was so amazing, I was feeling in the air when riding the bike, it's shock was very good quality along with the disc break, the look is unique and its performance is very nice among all electric scooters. The only con was its footboard hump, but it was correct in the new gen 2 so overall it's value for money scooter

Good product but the after sale service will have to improve

Riding experience is good. But the service has to do a lot. Move OS4 has several technical glitz. Keyless is not that convenient and does not feel as safe. Sometimes need multiple restart still not in a condition to function this motor-powered vehicles. Multiple visits to the service center in shorter intervals.

This great performance in riding looks stylish and has better mileage when riding overall EVs are the best choice to buy I compared all EVs but this one is the best. So very decent performance and the price is also better to buy the ola s1 pro the maintenance cost is also low the disc brake is very accurate when riding.

Very bad experience don't buy OLA

OLA has completely failed in all aspects, for the scooter delivery they took 4 months and I have delivered a completely non-working scooter. Still, I don't understand how come to a brand new Vehicle is not working condition, it indicates they are not doing basic testing also. OLA experience center is the worst they don't have any knowledge and the OLA call center people always say "We will check and get back to you" but they never did. I have been to the service center lot of people are complaining about the scooter, don't buy OLA. I could see CEO/Founder doesn't have any ethics. They are unfit for the business.

Buying Experience is very good for availing finance, Service of experience center, delivery timing, etc. The riding experience was so amazing, I was feeling in the air when riding the bike, it's shock was very good quality along with the disc break, the look is unique and its performance is very nice among all electric scooters. The only con was its footboard hump, but it was correct in the new gen 2 so overall it's value for money scooter
