Despite caution from many, I decided to buy the OLA S1Pro, and I must say the experience was quite good. In <6 months, problems begin to crop up ( brake pad, charging cap opening) and most recently HANDLE WILL NOT UNLOCK, I realise, customer support is TERRIBLE. DON'T BUY!! I have had a very bad experience trying to get OLA to get their Road Side Assist to take my scooter to their experience centre. After this was finally done, the scooter would not unlock the very next day. I am now in warranty and will be out of it very soon. As it ages, I am sure there are going to be a lot more such issues, which I dread. If you are ready to be stranded on the street not knowing what to do, please go ahead and buy!!!

Worst bike

From day one I have had a very bad experience with this bike. On day one bike's side stand broke down.It's broken twice in two months. Now bike has been standing idle for the last 4 days waiting for service personnel to come and repair it. Don't rely on the side stand of this bike. Get one main stand fitted with extra cost.

Full faulty unreliable ola scooters

Ola should better manufacture bicycles. Making EV scooter is not of their capability. company people only looting customers' money. Don’t even think of going for them. Ola scooters are worst than bicycles. And their customer support people are worst than clerks.
