The UM Renegade Commando is based on the same platform as the Renegade Classic and Renegade Sport S and the Renegade Mojave.
The bike is an entry-level cruiser, and features a large 18-litre fuel tank, pillion back rest, low-slung seats and high-set handlebars. It also gets round headlamps and a single large instrument console that integrates a speedometer and a digital display for the odometer and trip meters. It is placed on the tank to give it that traditional American cruiser appeal. UM has also added the USB charging port. The bike sits on spoke wheels, 16-inch up front and 15-inch at the rear.
The 2017 Renegade Commando gets a fuel-injected system and is powered by a liquid-cooled 279cc single-cylinder engine. This engine now delivers 25bhp and 23Nm of torque, and is mated to a six-speed gearbox and final chain drive. Suspension duties are taken care of by 41mm telescopic forks up front and a conventional twin hydraulic spring suspension at the rear. Braking is done by a 280mm disc at the front and a 130mm rear drum brake. It does not get ABS.
The Renegade Commando is available in three paint schemes – green, black and red. It competes with the Mahindra Mojo, Royal Enfield Classic 350 and the Thunderbird 350. The Renegade Commando is priced at Rs 1.76 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi).
The average of the Renegade Commando is 28 kmpl, as per the owners of the bike.

I've ridden this bike for a lot of time now and the main issue of this bike is that it does not have any proper service because of which it's always having a problem in self as the battery discharges even if you don't ride it for 2 days. The only reason i'm not selling this bike is because of it's killer looks.

Balanced and Controlling fabulous. and much more be like a man will be man feeling. I suggest bike riders if ride per day minimum of 100 km and then choose commando you ride after 200 km feels like 20 km it's a totally mind-blowing bike I suggest to all my friends take a bike and boom your destination.
