Kawasaki India’s latest entrant in the Ninja line has been the ZX-6R. It is the Japanese bikemaker’s most powerful middleweight motorcycle. The 2024 Ninja ZX-6R has brought a host of new updates and here is a close look at the bike.

On the design front, the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R looks just as aggressive and tempting as before. But its fascia has been slightly altered, and the headlight fairing now appears curvy. Apart from that, the ZX-6R’s supersport silhouette has remained intact, hinting at its track-ready nature.

Then, Kawasaki also updated the features list and made the 2024 Ninja ZX-6R more modern than before. It gets full LED illumination along with a new 4.3-inch TFT screen. It gets smartphone connectivity to give you access to call and SMS alerts.

For added convenience, the list of rider aids includes four ride modes – Sport, Road, Rain or Rider (manual) – and dual-channel ABS.

Powering the new Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R is a greener, 636cc inline four-cylinder engine. It now adheres to the latest emission standards and dishes out 128bhp and 69Nm. The motor is linked to a six-speed gearbox and benefits from a slipper clutch as well as a bi-directional quickshifter.
