    The battery is not at all good, after-sales service is worst, don't buy.
    With such a service Pure company will shut down very soon, and they will suffer as common people suffer after buying bile from them. The worst company showroom and service center also closed due to the company's behavior. the license should be withdrawn.

    While buying the showroom owner was treated well after the owner's experience was worse. It's been 2yrs I've been using the bike quality is not good and now the battery issue is worse so please don't buy this company bike. My battery has been gone just for 10k km telling me to buy me a new battery cost of rupees 40k. Worst feels

    The buying experience was ok. The look of the bike is good, Very poor service. Terrible battery experience. The vehicle suddenly stops while running. Battery dead, Very unsafe and Service centre closed permanently. No reply on a phone call. All showrooms closed. Pathetic and irresponsible behaviour of the company towards customers.
    Non-reliable, worst company. Customers are crying. Company Hav no care.

    I purchased pure ev Entrance plus after less than 3000 km issue started and not getting any support from service centre mainly logicon at pune and toll free no. Is just formality no one will call back if you raise complaint online to portal. While mailing got response after 10 months that pay and get service even scooter is in warranty.. because if you miss any service warranty voids but if coz of their mistake we miss service what to do?

    They don't have irrespective services. This worst experience. They did not issue free items from dec, 2022 till now. No customer care, and no servicing centers please check before buying. Accessories are also not available in Pune city.

    Don't get this moped by mistake. It is a very worst-class moped. Their service is also very third class. Maintenance is very costly. It's only been 1 year since I got the moped but it has so many problems in a year don't ask. 2 times it got stuck on the road and had to be brought by tempo. One suggestion don't purchase.

    If you want a new battery after 3 years they just give you a 1-year warranty on a new battery and which cost 50000 rupees and the battery that comes with the scooter and charger also gives you problems after 10 to 12 thousand km of running and scooter acceleration throttle also get damaged after 6 months to1years.

    I had purchase e-scooter in Sep 2021 and till now I ridden 950 km and performance is amazing with given range. I got 100-105 km range in single charge with double seat. My daily running is 12km.
    Looks so attractive, eye catcher till time 30-40 times on different places people enquire about scooter feel like i had done something different then usual.
    Only drawback is no boot space , less seating space.

  • Get ready to pay for new battery every 2 years

    I have plenty of issues with my Pure EV epluto7g but the primary one is the battery. If you thinking of saving some money by buying an electric vehicle, don't buy a pure EV. My vehicle has been giving me range issues after less than a year of buying. I even kept the vehicle with them for 30-45 days after which there was an issue with the range. Now My vehicle is just giving a range of 45-55 km after which it has 1-2 bars. This is after riding 90% of the time in mode 1 which has a top speed of around 34-35. When complained to the dealer they took 3 days to check if they needed to send it to the company and said it would take 1.5 months for Pure EV to repair the battery. What I am supposed to do during that time? Take non-existent public transport? Why did I buy a scooter then? I have written about this to the company executives 100 times but no response. The dealer even claims that even after repair I should only expect a range of 75 in modes one and 2 and lower (around 60) if driven in mode 3. Why did I buy this vehicle? Even now the vehicle is with the service center but now the company is asking the customer to pay and replace the battery. This is when the battery is under warranty!!! Please read the previous statement again!!

    Company doesn't have spare parts in stock for more than 75 days, then why do they sell bikes, it is its responsibility to see that they have stock of spare parts and then they claim to the dealers that it is the responsibility to keep stock how come when the company itself doesn't have.

    Don't get this moped by mistake. It is a very worst-class moped. Their service is also very third class. Maintenance is very costly. It's only been 1 year since I got the moped but it has so many problems in a year don't ask. 2 times it got stuck on the road and had to be brought by tempo. One suggestion don't purchase.

    If you want a new battery after 3 years they just give you a 1-year warranty on a new battery and which cost 50000 rupees and the battery that comes with the scooter and charger also gives you problems after 10 to 12 thousand km of running and scooter acceleration throttle also get damaged after 6 months to1years.

    I had purchase e-scooter in Sep 2021 and till now I ridden 950 km and performance is amazing with given range. I got 100-105 km range in single charge with double seat. My daily running is 12km.
    Looks so attractive, eye catcher till time 30-40 times on different places people enquire about scooter feel like i had done something different then usual.
    Only drawback is no boot space , less seating space.

  • Get ready to pay for new battery every 2 years

    I have plenty of issues with my Pure EV epluto7g but the primary one is the battery. If you thinking of saving some money by buying an electric vehicle, don't buy a pure EV. My vehicle has been giving me range issues after less than a year of buying. I even kept the vehicle with them for 30-45 days after which there was an issue with the range. Now My vehicle is just giving a range of 45-55 km after which it has 1-2 bars. This is after riding 90% of the time in mode 1 which has a top speed of around 34-35. When complained to the dealer they took 3 days to check if they needed to send it to the company and said it would take 1.5 months for Pure EV to repair the battery. What I am supposed to do during that time? Take non-existent public transport? Why did I buy a scooter then? I have written about this to the company executives 100 times but no response. The dealer even claims that even after repair I should only expect a range of 75 in modes one and 2 and lower (around 60) if driven in mode 3. Why did I buy this vehicle? Even now the vehicle is with the service center but now the company is asking the customer to pay and replace the battery. This is when the battery is under warranty!!! Please read the previous statement again!!

    Company doesn't have spare parts in stock for more than 75 days, then why do they sell bikes, it is its responsibility to see that they have stock of spare parts and then they claim to the dealers that it is the responsibility to keep stock how come when the company itself doesn't have.

    The battery is not at all good, after-sales service is worst, don't buy.
    With such a service Pure company will shut down very soon, and they will suffer as common people suffer after buying bile from them. The worst company showroom and service center also closed due to the company's behavior. the license should be withdrawn.

    While buying the showroom owner was treated well after the owner's experience was worse. It's been 2yrs I've been using the bike quality is not good and now the battery issue is worse so please don't buy this company bike. My battery has been gone just for 10k km telling me to buy me a new battery cost of rupees 40k. Worst feels

    The buying experience was ok. The look of the bike is good, Very poor service. Terrible battery experience. The vehicle suddenly stops while running. Battery dead, Very unsafe and Service centre closed permanently. No reply on a phone call. All showrooms closed. Pathetic and irresponsible behaviour of the company towards customers.
    Non-reliable, worst company. Customers are crying. Company Hav no care.

  • Pure EV service is main concern

    I purchased pure ev Entrance plus after less than 3000 km issue started and not getting any support from service centre mainly logicon at pune and toll free no. Is just formality no one will call back if you raise complaint online to portal. While mailing got response after 10 months that pay and get service even scooter is in warranty.. because if you miss any service warranty voids but if coz of their mistake we miss service what to do?
