Very good sports Tourer in budget

Dominar 400 especially after the UG model with E20 BS6 update which comes with a touring kit is very good value for money. The engine is adequately refined and the exhaust sounds good once you pick up the pace, Turning radius is however is larger due to the longer wheelbase which we get used to after a few kms of riding. A longer wheelbase and 190kg Kerby weight help in aiding the bike's stability in higher speeds above 80-100 kmph where it's cursing effortlessly. I do miss the centre stand though, The rest is all good about this bike just go for it.

Upgrades in Dominor 400 Performances

The Dominar 400 is one of the leading budget sport-touring motorcycles in India. It debuted in the motorbike market in 2019 and is one of the leading motorcycles in India. It is categorized as the most out-performing motorcycle in its segment.I am always impressed by Bajaj Dominar's results. The SOHC layout on offer surely helps in improving the refinement of the motor. Other major updates in the new Dominor 400 include upside-down forks, a double-barrel exhaust, a radial caliper on the front disk, and a new instrument cluster with a gear shift indicator.

I don't think I can saying anything new in this bike that the world doesn't know. But let me tryConfidence inspiring: A lot of people talk about weight being a -ve, and it is, however when you hit the highway, if you are like me coming from 150cc, this bike will give you so much confidence, it got the ergonomics right and the suspension absorbing small-medium potholes, it is just so easy to ride. I don't think any 400 CC bike (a couple of years ago) would compete with this on that. Either they are too aggressive like Dukes or very tame like the REsCertainly a looker: This could be subjective, however when I compare the styling with others in this segment, it certainly looks really cool and this is something i have heard from people around us. When travelling with my friends in ADV 390, REs, Domi always stands out, that is a feel-good factor in buying this machineComfort: Whenever the talks about Domi, the statements start with weight/vibrations and end with the engine. However, comfort according to me is more important than the former. I can say i felt extremely comfortable riding long in this bike. It revs hard and absorbs undulations so well that you forget you are riding on bad roads, its only when we stop for a tea break other riders complain about how poor and horrible the ride as you realize that you are driving a superior machine. This is also due to the better seats available in the bike, At first i felt the seats were hard, however after many rides i understood the need for high-density foam and how thankful my bums feel after a day outThese are pointers from my ownership and glad to say i made the right choice, there are so many motoring channels that don't speak of Dominar but they always come back to vibrations, take a test ride for at least 25 kms if possible and then decide. Just remember there is no perfect bike, it only depends on what you want from it and does it delivers that to your satisfaction, Opinions can be from anyone but decisions must be based on your satisfaction and happiness and nothing else. After all, if you don't get what you love, why at all?

Tips for other riders
Lube inside and out every 500 KMs, start your bike daily and check thoroughly. Maintain air pressure as per the manufacturer. Don't put raisers, air cushions in first 3K kms, test your bike and change your style first and then make upgrades based on need only.
