Throttle quality is very bad, while this is a very important part. The bike has too much height. No need for a button to start. The indicator buzzer should be there. Only 2-speed mode should be there. Body quality is not satisfactory. Apart from speed falcon is a more valuable bike than aura. Speed and pickup are very good.

Slightly cost is medium it but riding experience like moving on over bridges it has raw power never felt like riding an e scooter. Looks wise very good not like other scooter that are very tiny in size.
I didn't had any problem in servicing.
Range can be better if there is led lamp. Waiting for upgraded version of aura.

Buying experience is worst, riding is good but suspension need to improve looking is fantastic, it give maintenance with in one month only bulb is fused and the service station have charged the money at least one year warranty should be given from the company build up quantity is worst company need to improve it.

I am a tall person and used to ride everyday more than 30 kms. Aura suitable for my requirements well. Its an amazing vehicle to drive. Fun to ride, quite and quick. Buying experience makes the customer fool as they tell that the scooter rides 100 km in full charge which is a big lie and never touches the speed of 60km/hr. Riding is very noisy the screws get loose after some time and make noise. Maintenance is cheap but very frequent. Battery service is also very poor.

Don't buy this scooty waste of money and low build quality am using this scooty service center people also not responding to my scooty battery is a problem. The showroom is closed, I am contacting the Telangana distributor they have said no service for the batteries. Don't purchase, they are only selling these bikes with no response to customers.

Uppal showroom employees as giving a good response as well they said to me if I charge 4 hours it will run 110 km I checked personally it is giving one 10 kilometers in 4-hour charging I am happy with scooter comfortable height convincing pick up look wise looking like vespa i am the between balancing you can drive four modes is equal to bike driving two members can go for our charging in 100 km.
