I bought B Gauss C12I in Aug 2024 by investing 135000/- but was very disappointed. Feels like being cheated. Bought a vehicle to save monthly fuel expenditure, but traveling in a cab and rickshaw. The promised practical range with load was 110kms bearly reaching 60-65kms with one full charge. The quality of the vehicle is very very poor. The break doesn't work properly feels like bicycle breaks. The battery is very very heavy to remove and charge. Works with 5 & 10 Amps charge and takes 6-7 hours for full charge. The Fibre quality of the vehicle is too flimsy. Not worth buying.

Service is pathetic

Worst product. Defective throttle from day 1 of purchase. Have changed it three times in 18 months now again the same issue for the last month and no response from bgauss. Just spoiling rr group's name with such a product and no solution. And the showroom has stopped responding. Looking to sell this bike.

I am using bike from last one year, service station changing twice in city. Expensive service also no satisfaction. Poor battery performance, no mileage given or not surely dealer gave exact reading. Now charging socket and seat was loose to connect. I have done surgery so not using as heavy drive. dissatisfied, actually I am not suggesting to anyone.

Don't use double seat, also charge every time sudden battery fall. Also company service not given surety for warranty
