Bought a vehicle to save monthly fuel expenditure

I bought B Gauss C12I in Aug 2024 by investing 135000/- but was very disappointed. Feels like being cheated. Bought a vehicle to save monthly fuel expenditure, but traveling in a cab and rickshaw. The promised practical range with load was 110kms bearly reaching 60-65kms with one full charge. The quality of the vehicle is very very poor. The break doesn't work properly feels like bicycle breaks. The battery is very very heavy to remove and charge. Works with 5 & 10 Amps charge and takes 6-7 hours for full charge. The Fibre quality of the vehicle is too flimsy. Not worth buying.

Don't buy bgauss electric bike, not use this bike, I have purchased b8 model and facing a lot of issues and I strongly recommend don't buy any bgauss bike.Li-on battery issues and no mileageSeat noise issues and it is a complete fiber one, no full load, and b8 and d15 bikesMotor issues and a lot more.

Don't buy this ev bike, since battery backup is drawback and speed also not good as per specification mentionedI am riding this bike last one month and not good The only major drawback is the battery was not good, full charging after 20km shows battery low indication every time and the battery BMS also very poor.
