Worst experience, they making people fool, one charge you can use only 60 kg, not 85, spare parts are very costly don't buy at all.. There are other good options available in the market. Bounce is not a good company, riding is good but the bike has issues in the rainy season also. Better avoid buying such a bike.

I will give you my opinion after using Bounce Infinity e1 for more than one year. Maybe my opinion will help others to not make the same mistake I did. I will start with the little things and leave for the end the big ones: 1. Passenger foot rest opens and closes as it wishes; 2. Lack of storage in the front part of the scooter to be able to carry at least a bottle of water; 3. Brakes pads that touch the disks, and after contacting the service they advised me to make at least 200km and that everything will be ok. After 1500km brake pads still touch the disk; 4. The reverse activation takes too long making it useless; 5. The initial test to start the scooter takes too long; 6. The actual eco speed is never 45 as they state, at least not the one displayed; 7. They had an app that they were promoting as an incredible feature. The app rarely worked, the Bluetooth connection and after one year they decided to remove it altogether; 8. No matter how much it rains, if the bike is parked, water goes in the trunk; 9. Sometimes it accelerates alone or it brakes alone; 10. Seating is not at all comfortable, you have the feeling of sliding forward; 11. The after-sales service is the worst I have ever experienced; 12. And now the important stuff that should convince everyone to not buy this scooter under any circumstances: the battery if you don't charge it every two weeks, even though you take it out of the scooter, fully charged and store it in a proper space will deep discharge, making your scooter useless. You cannot charge it again with the charger you have and they cannot charge it for you even in their service, that's how incompetent they are. This charging is not covered by warranty and they send the battery to the battery manufacturer for charge. This costs you 3700 rupees and 7-10 days of waiting. All this was communicated after the sale with a WhatsApp message like anyone stays and reads all the bullshit they communicate by Whatsapp. Their product is so badly designed that you can never leave on a vacation longer than 15 days if you buy their stupid scooter. It is incredible how anyone authorized the sale of this product in the first place. The conclusion is you that have to be an idiot to buy this when there are so many alternatives out there.

The buying experience was good. Arranging test rides and giving the hands-on experience of the vehicle was a seamless journey. The vehicle is strong and sturdy compared to other EVs in the market. Performance is decent enough for the pricing which is very competitive. Servicing and maintenance are duly followed up by sending reminders to customers. It’s good to get routine checkups done to keep the vehicle more durable.

U get a hassle-free buying experience. The on-road vehicle gives smoother driving and looks amazing and appealing too. With all these, the after-sales service is totally amazing and satisfying. Compared to an ICE owning an EV helps u economically to grow, promoting ur savings monthly daily, and yearly too. A zero maintainable will be required. Affordable and worth buying for Indian roads.

Servicing and maintenance are good but we are getting noise from the scooty it's to horrible, and tyres are also not good, but all are ok and nice scooty and I would recommend buying it. If this is an awesome scooty and most comfortable and royal and maintenance was totally managed by the company. Totally good.

Suspension is good. Sitting posture is excellent. The look of the bike is excellent. The build quality of the bike is good. Breaking is excellent. Pillion comfort is good. The power of the headlight is not up to the mark. The boot space could have been better. The top speed should be at least 95 kmph. But you will only get a top speed of 70 kmph. On the highway, you will feel that there is a lack of power. If you travel regularly 100km then range could be a factor, because it gives a range of 70km. Maintenance and service are very affordable.

A dependable and affordable scooter for Daily commuting! The battery in this vehicle can be easily removed and charged as how you do with your Mobile and Laptop, and you don't even have to worry if you're living on the 10th floor! I live on the first floor and travel more than 40 km daily with this. The Maneuverability is also good in the red-hot traffic of Bengaluru. A bang for the Buck. Highly recommended ;)
