A very simple to use bike for daily commute. I did have a service issue which was fixed instantly. A reliable yet simple-to-charge at-home battery. Compared to other bikes in the market Infinity is the best in the segment. The cruise mode and reverse is very effective along with the drag mode. Overall a wow bike.

There are many manufacturing defects & many of your scooters are faulty which is causing a lot of issues.
Before thinking about investing your big hard-earned money in this Bounce Infinity scooter, research & study their after-sales service & support & then only take your decision.
Once this scooter stops will only start after months because the company has a 100% focus on sales & marketing but they will not look into after-sale support. I'm one of the live examples.

Very happy. It felt wonderful. Besides being gorgeous, it is also a very low-maintenance plus. Service is done quickly. It was a pleasure to use the bounce vehicle according to my imagination. I haven't had any experience in service for 54 years. Bounce is very good for all categories from youth to ladies and adults

buying experience is good all the formalities were properly taken care of. Talking about riding experience very good riding experience with good tyre size with both side disc brakes, which is the best feature in the scooter. Look wise it has a stunning look performance wise I will rate out of 5.. Service and maintenance is also quite good.

The vehicle is very good for driving and the seat is comfortable. The battery has not given any problem so far. It works very well. The mileage is the same. It is a very good vehicle for driving in Bangalore. Suspensions also good

Buying experience of the scooter is totally online, so it's very easy to book it and pay online. Also, the response from customer care is good.! coming to the riding experience it was really comfortable.! and acceleration is ok. But the range is extremely good.! getting a range of 60+ in power and 70+ in eco mode. Breaking is really sharp and quick we need some time to get it. The service is very good. They talk to point, not around the bush.

I am a small businessman delivering food products to customers and shopkeepers. Therefore, my priority was to have more leg space to accommodate more luggage. I visited all dealers in Karad City and Bounce Infinity was the only scooter on my wish list. I bought it in April 2024 and uptil have driven more than 11000 km. Riding experience is very good and suspensions are also good. Dicky has enough space. The battery never heats up after riding 90 km continuously. 80 % Battery charging in 50 minutes and 100 % charging in 90-100 minutes. The battery is removable and can be charged at any point. It gives me an impressive range of 100-110 km for a single person with luggage of at least 15 kg and 95-100 km for two riders. The break pad was changed without any cost, My dealer Micromix in Karad is very good and cooperative. My scooter is giving a range of 100 km for a battery of 2.5 kW and other competitor's scooters are giving the same 100 km or less range for a battery of 3 kW or higher. I am totally happy with Bounce infinity.
