The battery experience as well as the low mileage are the biggest culprits. Regret buying this. Have changed battery thrice in 4 yrs. Mileage was never more than 32 km/l (that's the maximum figure and not an average) for the 1st three years. In the 4th year it's giving a mileage of around 40 km/l average.
The service provided in my city has been horrible, with one instance of returning 3 times to the workshop after the day of regular periodic maintenance coz the bike wouldn't start. Happened on 2 separate occasions, but yeah the service in other workshops could differ.

Bought it from bangalore the riding experience is very good compared to other scooters in this segment and the look of the scooter is awesome from all the angles, performance is good with no noise engine with a reasonable mileage even the service is good

It was a great experience riding hero maestro edge. It has a great mileage and great seat. The graphics and lights are nest in segment. Performance is outstanding. Service and maintenance is lowest.I bought it and ridden 285 kms in the very first ride. Its mileage is around 63 kmpl which is sufficient according to me.

I bought this scooter for daily use purpose. It was very smooth before 1000 km but afterwards, it started to vibrate. It is the best looking scooter in india. But the body is made of plastic fibres. The suspension is very rigid so that i will be pushed out if not slowed at speed humps. The mileage is between 45 to 55 km/liter. It performs well in highways but terrible in bad roads in terms of comfort. The paid service cost is about ?1500. The exhaust note is nice. It gives a lot of power during overtaking. It will not go beyond a top speed of 85 kmph. This is hot meant for pretty long rides as you will cry out of back pain. Anyhow, i will recommend it if you need a scooter for daily commuting purposes.

Initially i was confused which scooter i have to buy when i thing of buying in my mind there were 3 scooter 1. Hero maestro edge 2. Honda activa 3. Tvs jupiter, i heard from friends and relatives that activa is giving more trouble in terms of quality issues & engine problems then i tried jupiter and maestro but finally i finalised hero maestro edge , i have been using this since 1 month excellent engine power and mileage also i got 48 to 50 km/l i did not expect this much but maestro is awesome very smooth ride experience. Hero maestro edge also best option in scooter segment.

Hero maestro edge is a budget scooty which is available at a reasonable price.

I personally think this scooty is the best for daily comfort as it gives mileage about 50km/lit.

Availability:- the scooty is available at every hero showroom across India

Price:- as i've mentioned maestro edge earlier is a budget scooty and can be bought at a price around 65k.

Mileage:- mileage is one of the major advantages of this bike it offers upto 60km/lit under 40km/hr speed

Looks:- looks of the scooty are very nice in my opinion it is attractive

Performance:- it offers a maximum speed of 90km/hr which i think is more than enough.While the scooty is very well and go very smoothly.Brakes are also good

Comfort:- this scooty is very comfortable to seat and to drive

Servicing:- hero's servicing is good and their services are available throughout india

Pros:- attractive price,mileage,ease of handling

Cons:- no disc brake,looks are very attractive

If you are looking for a scooty with in 50 to 55k its all about your thinking weather u loved it or not but from my experience you should have to buy maestro edge.. Because of its classy looks and its portability and speed this makes me very very happy to keep it..Even more than activa 4g in even less than its price. Activa 4g are about 60k and maestro edge is only 55k with more features from them. I like maestro edge because

1-its classy looks

2- top speed (85kmph)

3-average (55kmpl approx)

4-its digital meter

5- inbuilt charger portability

6- led backlights

7- its wide wonderful and classy available colours

8- its engine(110cc)

9- downside indicators

10- external fuel filling

i think that from the above advantages i mentioned you, can help u to find your future ride in the form of maestro edge...Only one thing i don't like in this scooty is that it us looking too much flat from front that's it only.. Except this i loved this scooty very much... Thank you
