It is good to use on a daily basis but needs to keep an eye on maintenance so that it does not loss the ability to perform and after some time it starts reducing the battery power to keep it up needs to be looked after regularly and needs good service to look it upgraded and it should not effect in between.

Tips for Vida V1

Need to keep an eye on maintenance so that it should not get effected somewhere in the middle of the journey.

I choose Vida after comparing all the electric scooters along with the riding experience, service quality, and repair cost after doing all the comparisons and taking test drives. This is the best deal in the market. Although this video does not give a battery guarantee as Ola the performance is really good.

There are many points against the vida v1 pro, most important is
    1. Company doesn't have spare parts. So you may understand value of vehicle without spare parts. Useless. Scarcity of parts also means high cost.
    2. Technology is new for the company, all employees and service persons look at vehicles with surprise. For every complaint they have one answer. We will attach with computer and format the software. This might solve the problem.
    3. Range of vehicle is much less than claimed
    4. Sale person's are very active and smart. They repeatedly call you and offer to buy additional set of batteries. What is the meaning of Sale when parts are not available?
    5. The cost of batteries are much more than the cost of vehicle.
Can't share bike photo bike is in service center from last one month. I met an minor accident. Part are not available with company.

I bought this scooter on July 18, 2024.
Uncomfortable scooter, looks are not good, performance means you cannot ride with another person, servicing, and maintenance do not matter.
we have to buy it only for a removable battery 8o km range. And the breaking levers are very lengthy and far, you cannot press the breaks.
footboard is very short you can put only children's carriage here. rear suspension is given at the end of the scooter, which can damage your back easily, the manufacturer had made this for scooter safety not for rider person. nothing is good in this scooter. simply wasting of money.
The split seat is disgusting. The sound horn of this scooter is amazing and we can shout better than this.

  • Stylish EV scooter with unskilled electrical wiring

    Aneesh Raj

I used the Vida for three weeks, and as a mechanical engineer, I am impressed with the frame's build quality and the front and rear suspensions. However, I am quite dissatisfied with the electrical wiring and cables, which seem to have been installed by an unskilled electrician. Many wires are exposed without proper waterproof insulation, and the soldering appears cheap.
At just 600 kilometers, less than a month after purchase, the display pin on my Vida Plus disconnected when I drove over a rough road. Additionally, the switches are sticky and require significant effort to press. The buzzer is also absent, and the back carriage bucket fills with water when exposed to rain, due to the split seat design. The mudguard is inadequate, allowing water and mud to enter both the central stem and the outer part of the battery cover when driving through wet roads

Amazing scooter for living in flats
The Vida electric scooter offers good performance with a top speed of around 80kph, making it suitable for city use. However, the overall quality is not great, and the pricing is quite high.
    Ride & Handling
The test track has a smooth surface all around, so we won’t be able to comment on the actual ride quality, but from our brief ride at the test track, we have no reason to complain about the Vida V1’s ride and dynamics.
Despite its 126 kg kerb weight, it’s light on its wheels, and easy to manage, and gives the rider confidence with its nice balance and stability. The V1 Plus will be 2 kg lighter, but overall the V1 is a nimble scooter, handles pretty well, and you can change directions quite easily, without losing composure or balance.

  • Vida V1 Pro issues

    Raghavendra Ambikar

The worst service ever got from any auto player.
    1. Vida has committed that the bike can be charged on any Ather Grid. I have been complaining for the last 8 months that my Vida is not getting charged on Ather Grid. The complaint is getting resolved without any confirmation from my side. The same issue is reported on RSA, call center, Unique Automobiles showroom at Kolhapur, Maharashtra, and even to the Area Sales Manager during his visit. But it is not getting resolved.
    2. Parking mode button gets automatically on. This drastically reduces speed and causes issues in driving.
    3. Even the service center team is not helpful.

I regret buying Vida, more often it's at the service center for repairs. I purchased the bike on 3rd Jan-24, facing lot of issues after two months of purchase, sometimes it doesn't start, and sometimes gets locked, so on the service center lifts the bike and takes it to their showroom, 4 to 6 days they take for repairs. Again after some time, the same process follows again & again. I am frustrated and advise people to stay away from buying this brand as now it's on warranty and later it will be too costly to bear all these checkups which are going through at the moment.

I choose Vida after comparing all the electric scooters along with the riding experience, service quality, and repair cost after doing all the comparisons and taking test drives. This is the best deal in the market. Although this video does not give a battery guarantee as Ola the performance is really good.
