Buying experience is definitely good and they share detailed knowledge, riding experience is cool for short distances and definitely not recommended for long distances. Strictly for short-distance travel only. This is a vehicle for working women and old people and not for young age and teenagers.

Electric byke is good but not good at all because users are less so repair shops are very less, technicians are untrained, no proper knowledge, normaly technicians are cycle shop and byke shop trained as helper. They are normally 5th-9th pass. Since users are less so parts demands is also less so few shop keeper have their parts, who keep those parts they sale on high price, battery is very expensive 10000 - 11500+ with 6 month conditional warranty, and battery life is 9 month - 18 month. Byke and battery manufacturer's policy is not good they charge money for service during warranty period. Some battery saler don't charg money during warranty. Charger output side cable should be very long (around 5-10 meter) and it is hardly 2.5 - 3 Meter total. Hero staff is not cooprative. Good thing with this byke is no polution licence, no driving licence for 25 km/h max speed. Sincee it has less macanism so less problems. It is good for short distance and plain road. Neeraj 9999xxxxxx.

      Pros

no fuel, less machine so less problem.

      Cons

parts, batteries are expensive, technicians are untrained.

      Style ok.

Engine performance, fuel economy and gearbox no engine no fuel and no gear box... Only motor & battery and wind in your hair.

Ride quality & handling smooth. No viberation... Just smooth sailing.

Final words 240km per litre... As the price for a litre of petrol is rs 60 and this bike can be charged 4 times in rs 60 cost of electricity.

Areas of improvement need option to add at least one more battery to give it a range of 140kms... Now that is something...Isnt it?

      pros

16 inch wheel which are the biggest in scooters, will give comfortable ride.

      Cons

70km range. Should have had dual battery for 140km range! stupid bike makers!
