Hero Electric Optima CX Price in Bankura

I am totally disappointed with their after-sales service. I purchased a Hero Optima from Joy Motors (GUWAHATI) in 2022. I have since visited their workshop many times for regular servicing. Their service used to be good. But I am completely disappointed with the last two services. They don't use most of the spare parts really. They use cheap compatible products locally available in the market instead of genuine hero products and they charge two/three times higher rates for those duplicate products. Besides, most of the duplicate products are not permanent. The last two times I have replaced the headlights, but both times the headlights did not come on for a day. I condemn Joy Motors (GUWAHATI) for cheating people like this.

Don't ever buy, 1st day I bought this scooter while I was on the way its display got blank no light horn no sensor working the front wheel casing is so light plastic it always shakes and in a month got broken the display battery never shows how much charge correct at this price in jamshedpur please buy ola. The scooter doesn't pickup load in up gradient if 2 people sit and suddenly it'll show battery red and switch off plus jharkhand government doesn't give subsidy that's what 10000 rs more price in jharkhand it's worst to buy.

3 . Nothing good in instrument cluster, battery indicator is not good no information about range respect to remaining charge.
4 . Brakes are not good. Check every parts carefully and don't rush.
