Better performance in speed and sudden pickup in starting. I m experienced above 70kms per battery with doubles ride. Look so smart and attractive. more useful features for us on long drives. Reverse acceleration is also useful for pushing back in a critical area. Headlamp giving more power in night drive. Overall too much better for me and my family.

I purchased the hero optima two-wheeler 10 months ago, and it has been a nightmare ever since. The vehicle has failed multiple times, and I've had to take it in for service six times within this short period. What's worse is that the company's response has been nothing short of appalling. They don't pick up the phone, and when I've visited the service center, the staff have been rude and unhelpful.
To make matters worse, the vehicle has been with the company for servicing for three months out of the ten, which is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect better service from a reputed brand like hero, but my experience has been nothing short of a disappointment.
I urge other potential buyers to be cautious before purchasing the hero optima, as my experience has been one of constant frustration and disappointment. I hope the company takes note of this review and improves its service standards for the benefit of its customers.

This is the best bike I've ever seen in my life. I like this bike because this bike has b1/b2 option when the bike's battery is down we can use the second battery. And it has good mileage. And also I like it's color and I also like its meter board. It also has 48 kmph. And it has the key we have in our cars. It can also charge a mobile in the bike I love this bike.
