My friend bought an Optima Hero Electric, the many parts of the scooter are broken because of not good quality. They are asking for money or telling find some other one.Very bad experience. Now I am trying to sell that vehicle but no one is ready to buy it. Almost a waste of money. now I parked in the garage.

Battery Issue

I am facing a lot of problems regarding the battery which the company has had no solution for the last Seven months. I am unable to ride without a battery and the company is neither replacing my battery nor responding to any call or mail. I did not expect such services from a renowned HERO company.Do not expect any warranty from the company.

It was a good buying experience. Very smooth and good riding. The look of the hero electric bike is very nice. The performance of the hero electric bike is good but has to improve a little bit to catch the market's current scenario. Also, servicing experience has to make it better. Now it is good but still, have to make it better.
