I have good experience with active. I have minor observations on the discomfort of second people if lady. Smart unlock doesn't work

Initially, I was very excited to get this smart and keyless model bike. But within a few months, the lock started giving a problem and now very often the lock gets stuck and I am unable to unlock it. This has happened multiple times now. Please rectify this issue as soon as possible. The ride and vehicle as such are great but this issue is very frustrating. Twice it happened at a public place and many bystanders even came to try to unlock it.
