Oil Changes: Indian roads can be dusty, which puts additional strain on the engine. Change the oil and oil filter according to the manufacturer's recommendations or more frequently if you drive in harsh conditions. Tire Pressure: Check tire pressure every two weeks, as fluctuating temperatures and road conditions can affect it. Use the pressure recommended in your vehicle's manual. Brake Pads: Check brake pads every 5,000 km, as frequent stop-and-go traffic can lead to faster wear.

I bought Honda Grazia 2 years ago. Same day purchased from Honda dealership. Riding quality is superb for performance and mileage. Sports looks and service and maintenance cost is as much as normal.
Cons: generally it’s common long time no usage then only self start up will not work. Kick start is required for long time idle situation. Remaining no problem/no stops.

I know there are many honda fans out there. Trust me the products that the company provides for India are atrocious. It might be a different case with their premium bike but the sales and service for the general market is very bad. Honda was once known for its reliability and good fit and finish. Now it's just a memory.
Especially talking about the grazia scooter. There is the worst scooter in the market right now. Even if you want to waste your money I wouldn't recommend buying this scooter.
    It has starting problem
    Cheap fit and finish
Performance is no match with its segment
    Poor brakes
In between 2000rpm to 3000rpm the engine snaps off suddenly.
This is an utter failure scooter. The company has put no effort and research into the development of this scooter.
More than everything I'm most disappointed with the after-sale service of honda.

  • No to grazia

    Vanishree Shet

Always need to kick start. Mileage is low.
No much space for storage. Overall nothing great about this vehicle. Though i raised complaint since day one ,no response from the company.
No action taken for the issues reported.
Whenever i had given my vehicle for service i had reported the issues faced but no one took any responsibility to take care of the customer complaint. It's very much dissatisfactory as i bought this vehicle due to its brand name.

  • I love my grazia

    Rahul

Great service from Honda they keep their Japanese quality on service, initially while purchase we have seen a body gap b/w panels and the seller agreed to replace that part within one month he cheated, he said that we will charge for that but when we write to "honda" the directly call me and seller and they fixed within one week. So great support and service from Honda.
It is very comfortable on highways and also in the city, and "the idling stop" is very useful. Personally, I prefer the Repsol edition remaining all colors feel too dark if they add mobile connectivity and some features like a charging port, light under seat storage space, etc.

  • A bike with 0 r&d

    Muni Dinesh

Am quite shocked seeing that this bike has a rating of 4, I've been using this bike for past 9 months and this is a true pain
I don't know if there was a phase of r&d to this bike nothing works as it should the lock is faulty
There's no front weight which makes it pop wheelies when you have a pillion which is really risky and when you're stuck in traffic lack of front end weight make your handle so light that you can't balance the vehicle as the handle moves left and right, and the key set key either locks in or the seat and fuel buttons stop working all of sudden, the fuel cap is placed so deep that it makes a pain butt at fuel stations, i can say atleast one problem for every part center stand is faulty, grab rails front container, what not. You name it has it ( a problem )
Only pros to this vehicle is its mileage
Cons -bike itself is a con

No much space for storage. Overall nothing great about this vehicle. Though i raised complaint since day one ,no response from the company.

Whenever i had given my vehicle for service i had reported the issues faced but no one took any responsibility to take care of the customer complaint. It's very much dissatisfactory as i bought this vehicle due to its brand name.

I bought Honda Grazia 2 years ago. Same day purchased from Honda dealership. Riding quality is superb for performance and mileage. Sports looks and service and maintenance cost is as much as normal.
Cons: generally it’s common long time no usage then only self start up will not work. Kick start is required for long time idle situation. Remaining no problem/no stops.

I owned honda Grazia on 12/10/2021 done all the services on time and within 1 year 2 times breakdown in the road and services were provided by honda showroom after the first breakdown within two-three days again the second breakdown happened I am very disappointed with honda scooty because of sudden breakdown since I was using tvs scooty streek since 2011 and I was fully satisfied with that and I have never faced like this problem with that and feeling that honda was the worst choice.

    Apex Cloud

Oil Changes: Indian roads can be dusty, which puts additional strain on the engine. Change the oil and oil filter according to the manufacturer's recommendations or more frequently if you drive in harsh conditions. Tire Pressure: Check tire pressure every two weeks, as fluctuating temperatures and road conditions can affect it. Use the pressure recommended in your vehicle's manual. Brake Pads: Check brake pads every 5,000 km, as frequent stop-and-go traffic can lead to faster wear.
