I bought it from Lucknow ktm showroom, as it was brand new and I had to reach my city far from Lucknow around 250 km, I ride on low revs, with few stays alongside the highway. But believe me, it was an awesome experience. I'm 36 and riding since my early teenage and rode many liquid-cooled engine bikes. But, believe me, it is most a gentle ride with a bundle of specs. Also, it is not a Sponsored opinion.
Tips for Husqvarna Svartpilen 401

Awesome motorcycle for daily commute. Riding comfort and pleasure compared to the Duke 390 is insane as it is not cramped. You can rip it around the streets and also go for touring in a much more relaxed position.I would prefer this over the Duke 390 any day as I'm a little bit taller too.Just take a test drive with proper tyre pressure and don't worry about the vibration part as they reduce significantly after the run-in period.Have a safe ride folks.

This is definitely a top-tier 400cc motorcycle! The motorcycle has got 46 PS of power in a single-cylinder engine, so expect vibrations in lower RPMs. However, the machine is buttery smooth, over the 4k mark. The power-to-weight ratio is amazing and it pulls like a wild beast! P.S: Those who are interested, can request to swap the spoked rims on the Svartpilen with the alloys on the Vitpilen.

Tips for other riders
Can update to alloys, based on showroom availability. Always keep at least 3 ltrs of petrol in the fuel tank, as this is a FI engine. The 17-inch wheels are not made for hardcore offroading but can do regular offroad with ease.

The Good:Head-turning looks: This bike is undeniably a stunner. Its sleek design and aggressive stance will surely garner attention wherever you go. It offers the thrill and style associated with superbikes.Spoke wheels: A big plus for riders who appreciate the classic look and potential performance benefits of spoke wheels. They can be lighter and more resistant to certain types of damage compared to cast wheels. The Not-So-Good:Fuel efficiency: Be prepared for frequent trips to the gas station. This bike's low mileage means you'll be spending a significant amount on fuel, especially compared to more economical options.Budget-buster: This bike's price tag might not be friendly for budget-conscious riders. The combination of a premium price and high fuel costs can be a significant financial burden.Overall:This bike is a fantastic choice for riders who prioritize style and performance above all else, and have the budget to match. However, if fuel efficiency and affordability are major concerns, you might be better off looking at other options in the market.
