Never buy joy e bike. That's just wasting your moneyPathetic product, cheap quality, too costly. Zero on the name of service. Their batteries are useless. They warranty for 3 years and battery won't last even 2 years, moreover when you will put the replacement request on battery becoming dead, they will take 2-3 months for the replacement.

Worst service I have submitted my bikes 5 days ago for service, but still not returned.How company recruit such an idiot as a manager?Please don't cheat customers for company profit and don't recruit such a manager. Else your company cannot grow in future. Fraud manager first time I have seen in my life.

Do not buy Joy Ebike, waste of money, Dealers are closing business, Big promise of sales but no after-sales service, not giving running 20 km at one charge, cheap quality accessories, do not last longer, and less than one year started giving problems like average, brakes, headlights, stay away from it.
