I purchased the glob model on 25/08/2022 from their Vapi dealer "Dream e-bike", scooter was fine for 2-3 months. Now it is showing full charge but doesn't move even 500 meters. Now the Vapi dealer has shut his franchise due to many customer complaints they were receiving. Other dealer near my location are also not of any help as they said you have not purchased from them. Also tried calling joy ebike relationship manager for Gujarat but no response from him also. I have used the scooter for only about 1000 kms. Now there is no one to help in this matter.
Please avoid this piece of junk..

Never buy joy e bike. That's just wasting your money
Pathetic product, cheap quality, too costly. Zero on the name of service. Their batteries are useless. They warranty for 3 years and battery won't last even 2 years, moreover when you will put the replacement request on battery becoming dead, they will take 2-3 months for the replacement.

Do not buy Joy Ebike, waste of money, Dealers are closing business, Big promise of sales but no after-sales service, not giving running 20 km at one charge, cheap quality accessories, do not last longer, and less than one year started giving problems like average, brakes, headlights, stay away from it.

  • Excellent experience of joy e-glob riding.

I rarely go for long rides. I use my scooter to commute to work and then only to meet friends, go on outings, or take leisurely drives with my wife. Overall, the 35 kilometer commute to work is a terrific experience. Both the suspension and the brakes are excellent. The riding experience is excellent all around. But most importantly, since i'm from tvs jupiter and get an average of about 25 km per liter, switching to electric was extremely beneficial for my wallet. I used to fill up with 5 to 6 thousand worth of gasoline each month, but now the electricity bill has a negligible impact. I estimate a maximum of 400 to 600, so there is a significant savings on that.

I am not a long rider. I drive my scooter to work and back home after that just to meet friends or outings/relaxation drive with my wife. My work is 5 km away from home so I even drive home for lunch so overall my daily ride consist of 25-40 km and sometimes even 60 km. So overall experience is great. The brakes are awesome and the suspension is good. Overall the riding experience is very good just the major issue with me is space, I am not comfortable there and with a heavy pillion that's the only setback as of now for me. But most importantly I come from Activa and the average I get is approximately 25 km per litre so going towards electric was very helpful for pocket such that that I used to fill petrol 5-6k of petrol monthly now the electricity bill has very small impact I assume maximum of 300-500 monthly so there is a huge saving on that part and I am happy for the same thing and also maintenance is zero for me up till now.
