After fully charging many times the bike doesn't start. The workaround of charging for a few minutes and then again starting the bike works but 2 times it didn't succeed. When informed the showroom they took the battery and returned it without doing anything repairs work. Why I am saying this is because still after charging the battery, many times the same problems occur. I think they also don't know the issue then why they are selling such bikes. I am afraid of taking the bike for any long ride. Very disappointed in purchasing the bike.

It is a good quality e-scooter we get everything in this scooter. In this scooter, you get many smart features and there are two variants of this scooter high and low speed. I bought a high-speed scooter.You get the best performance. This e-scooter takes 5 to 6 hours of charging time.This activa smart security helps you secure your e-scooter. It has low maintenance costs.

Worst service and product don't bay this

Worst product and customer service, the battery can't take mileage 30km one-time change so I request to customer service that after the 1-month change it and took old 2nd hand battery but given the mileage 28km one-time charge. so I wrote a complaint and mail but they did;t replied and any answer from his rsm department at Pune contact person.
