Buying experience is good dealer take much follow-up for sale there productRiding experience is very bad lot vibration in handle no suspension quality feel, can't see in mirror due to lot of vibration, can't handle bad patches of road, feel back pain in just 10km rideLook wise is good scooter but performance is very bad in eco mode its terrible other vehicle rash it, mileage also decrease to due battery loosing life,No service available dealer not provide after sale service, company technicians said your location out of service area you need to do it by local mechanic. No parts available. Don't buy this scooter stay away.

1)no after-sale service even within the warranty period2)no response from the dealer as well as states company head3) low-quality fibre body not suitable for Indian roads4)battery replaced after 4 months5)charger replaced after 2 weeks6)even after mailing to the company's mail address & complaining to the customer care number over call, there is no response7)people are getting cheated by these types of unknown new brands who are just experimenting with their customer's moneyFacing problems from day 1I feel so embarrassed when it stops in the middle of the road & is too dangerous It stops at least 15 times for a ride of 8 km.8)I would recommend people to go for big brands like hero bajaj tvs ather.

Low speed. Battery drains fast. Only goes for 33 km on full charge. Service is not happy to me. Battery capacity is bad. Only brake is good. Sales man is not good. Service it.

Pathetic company and service. They sold with 45km/hrs speed now we came to know that it's not allowed as per traffic police rules. When trying to contact the company they are not responding at all. Will suggest going with another company but not such an immprofeesional company. Nobody is ready to respond to any queries.

Very bad servicing or we can say no service is available. No response from customer support, and no proper technicians to identify faulty parts.In just two years, the motor of Joy E-bike has stopped working, workers don't know what they are doing,even after many calls and complaints zero results, waste of time and money.

My bikes fault

I bought this bike for my daily routine. The company said that it runs for 100 kms but it barely runs for 50 kms. We also talked to the owner of the showroom about this problem but he gave us the same battery instead.A few days ago my bike's stand bolt has fallen and I lost it after that I told the showroom owner he said I haven't bolted.Now, what I do?

Worst company, worst dealer, poor quality toy no one to reply to you for any complaint. Don't buy dealers blaming the company and company saying we don't have that dealer in town. the poorest service ever faced in an auto company. Recommend not to buy this company any product as after-sale service is very poor

Low performance, low on quality, high on cost, waste of money

This two-wheeler is too low in terms of built quality and battery performance. There had always been a problem with the build of these two Wheeler, in just 3 months the body started cracking and the service centre people said it was coz of the accessories as the body couldn't take the weight, where I thought why do you guys force to buy accessories if the body was so pathetic. Anyhow the charge, battery, body and the stupid noise made by this vehicle are all pathetic. This 2 Wheeler can't take a load of 2 people, too bad space management, worst part is the structure of this two wheeler. Leg positioning is too uncomfortable. If you buy it you will regret your decision soon. Don't waste your hard-earned money.

Very bad experience with this bike. Motor failed within 2 years and battery failed within 2.5 years. Worst customer care and the worst company. The company is un ethical. Don't buy any of the bikes from this company. Very poor in post-sale service. No transparency, no commitment, unreliable and unfaithful company.
