Very bad experience with this bike. Motor failed within 2 years and battery failed within 2.5 years. Worst customer care and the worst company. The company is un ethical. Don't buy any of the bikes from this company. Very poor in post-sale service. No transparency, no commitment, unreliable and unfaithful company.

Worst bike ever purchased, IN just 2000 km running, the bike failed. The whole wiring failed, Headlight, indicator, and Horns are not working. The bike jerks during the ride. Total waste product. The bike body is also vibrating and noisy. Please any other electric bike with a good brand name.

Battery is worst

After fully charging many times the bike doesn't start. The workaround of charging for a few minutes and then again starting the bike works but 2 times it didn't succeed. When informed the showroom they took the battery and returned it without doing anything repairs work. Why I am saying this is because still after charging the battery, many times the same problems occur. I think they also don't know the issue then why they are selling such bikes. I am afraid of taking the bike for any long ride. Very disappointed in purchasing the bike.

The body is too delegated, cracks easily, creates noise while riding, the worst part is the battery and charger, which hardly run 30 km on one charge. 82000/-paid for this crap, moreover, if there is any problem with any part under warranty the replacement is not available. They are just fooling up. All the selling locations are giving a lot of lies to sell this shit product. Avoid this piece of CRAP. Better buy TVS Or OLA.

Never ever purchase this product, zero build quality, spares are sky rocket price , a handle lock is 1600 rs where as Activa or branded locks are available at 900 rs .break liver is 300 rs apx where as normal liver comes at 20 rs per side NEVER BUY THIS BRAND IT MAY BE CHEAPER TO BUY ,BUT VERY EXPENSIVE TO MAINTAIN

Low performance, low on quality, high on cost, waste of money

This two-wheeler is too low in terms of built quality and battery performance. There had always been a problem with the build of these two Wheeler, in just 3 months the body started cracking and the service centre people said it was coz of the accessories as the body couldn't take the weight, where I thought why do you guys force to buy accessories if the body was so pathetic. Anyhow the charge, battery, body and the stupid noise made by this vehicle are all pathetic. This 2 Wheeler can't take a load of 2 people, too bad space management, worst part is the structure of this two wheeler. Leg positioning is too uncomfortable. If you buy it you will regret your decision soon. Don't waste your hard-earned money.

Pathetic, not as expected, too costly and a waste of money... Avoid buying this. Battery average pathetic, body pathetic. Avoid buying this even if you have a 40/50 km daily run, the body is too delicate, not at all for the long run, it may be good for elderly people to travel 10/20 km max. It's too lightweight.
