Royal Enfield has announced the launch of the 2021 Interceptor INT 650 that benefits from an updated colour palette. The updated model also gets a price hike, and the range now starts from Rs 2,75,467 (all India ex-showroom) onwards. Here we bring you an image gallery of the 2021 Royal Enfield Interceptor INT 650.
The updated colour palette includes seven colour options. The Standard variant, which features a single tone finish, is now available in three colours – Canyon Red, Ventura Blue, and Orange Crush.
The Custom (dual tone) version, too, is available in three paint options – Downtown Drag, Sunset Strip, and Baker Express.
The Chrome version of the Interceptor INT 650 is available in a single option – Mark 2. The Mark 2 Chrome Interceptor is an ode to the original Interceptor 750.
Royal Enfield has also introduced blacked out rims and mudguards in single tone colour variants of the Interceptor INT 650. The blacked out rims and mudguards were previously available with the dual tone colours only.
The changes are limited to the styling, while the mechanical specifications and hardware remain unaltered. Thus, the motorcycle continues to use a 648cc, parallel twin-cylinder, air/oil-cooled engine that makes 47bhp at 7,150rpm and 52Nm at 5,250rpm.
The company has also introduced a host of new offerings via Make-It-Your initiative, although the alloy-wheels are still not available. The motorcycle continues to ride on wire-spoke wheels that are wrapped in tube-type tyres.
The updated range gets a price increase and the Interceptor INT 650 is now available from Rs 2,75,467 (ex-showroom, India) onwards.
