A camouflaged Harley-Davidson XR1200X was spied doing rounds at Palm Beach Road, Mumbai by a Team-Bhp member. What makes these pictures interesting is that, this particular model was discontinued from Harley-Davidson’s India line up as well as many other markets including its home market due to non-performance.
From the images, we can clearly see that only the tank and the tail section have been camouflaged. However, the motorcycle looks exactly like the 2012 model. The temporary registration number on the motorcycle is from company’s Bandra flagship showroom, making us believe that it’s one of the last stocks. But we are still not sure why the motorcycle is being ridden in half camouflaged condition in Mumbai. Maybe the American maker is planning to re-launch the XR1200X Sportster specifically for the Indian market. Let’s wait and see if we hear anything official from Harley-Davidson India.
