TVS Motor Company has announced a temporary halt of all manufacturing operations at its plants in India and Indonesia until further notice.
Apart from stopping the production, the company has provided Work from Home facility to relevant employees. The company has also assured that it will protect jobs and salaries in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. TVS Motor Company will also work with its dealers and suppliers, and extend all support to them.
The company has also urged its employees to adhere to the measures. They have been assured of complete support as they transition to new workplace arrangements.
In other updates, TVS Motor Company has been constantly updating its product portfolio to comply with the newest emission norms. The latest products to comply with the BS6 norms are the Apache RTR 180 and the XL 100.
