After Bengaluru, Hero MotoCorp has commenced operations of its newly launched electric vehicle vertical, the Vida in Jaipur. The company has inaugurated a new experience centre in the city and it will offer the company’s first electric scooters, the V1 Plus and V1 Pro. Further, the two-wheeler manufacturer has also commenced the deliveries of these scooters in Jaipur. Do note that the company had already commenced the bookings for its electric scooters in Jaipur along with Bengaluru and Delhi in November 2022.
To give you a quick recap, the Hero Vide V1 electric scooter is available in two variants – Plus and Pro. The two variants are distinguishable through their battery capacity and acceleration timing. the 0-40kmph acceleration time for the Plus and the Pro variants stands at 3.4 seconds and 3.2 seconds, respectively. Then, the Pro variant comes with a 3.94kWh battery pack while the Plus version gets a 3.44kWh battery pack. Meanwhile, both scooters boast a claimed top speed of 80kmph and get four ride modes – Eco, Ride, Sport, and user customisable.
The Vida V1 Plus is available in three colours – Matte White, Matte Sports Red, and Gloss Black. The Pro version, on the other hand, is offered in four paint options – Matte White, Matte Sports Red, Gloss Black, and the additional Matte Abrax Orange.
