Hero Xpulse 200 4V
Priced at Rs 1,37,496 (ex-showroom Delhi), the Hero Xpulse 200 4V is the first option you could choose instead of the Vida V1. It’s one of the most popular and beginner-friendly off-road bikes, thanks to the overall build. Powered by a 199.6cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine, the Xpulse 200 4V makes 18.8 bhp and a torque of 17.35 Nm. It rides on long-travel telescopic front forks and a monoshock setup with a front and rear disc brake. Hero has equipped the Xpulse 200 with spoked wheels wrapped in dual-purpose tyres.
Ola S1 Pro
If you are inclined towards an EV only, then the Ola S1 Pro is also an option at Rs 1,39,999 (ex-showroom Bengaluru including FAME II). Moreover, Ola is currently offering a Rs 10,000 discount on the S1 Pro, courtesy of the festive season. The S1 Pro is powered by an 8.5kW mid-mounted motor mated to a 3.74kWh battery. The claimed top speed for the S1 Pro is 116kmph and the maximum range is 135km. It even gets features like a touchscreen TFT screen, cruise control, riding modes, smartphone connectivity, and more.
TVS Ronin
If you are open to opting for neo-retro motorcycles, then two models fit the bill. The first is TVS Ronin, priced at Rs 1,49,000 (ex-showroom Delhi). It is powered by a 226cc single-cylinder engine belting out 20 bhp and 19.93 Nm. TVS has equipped the Ronin with LED illumination, a fully digital instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity, and ABS. It gets golden USD front forks and a monoshock setup. For the braking hardware, the Ronin features a front and rear disc brake setup.
Royal Enfield Hunter 350
The second neo-retro offering is the Hunter 350 priced at Rs 1,49,900 (ex-showroom Delhi) onwards. It’s powered by a 349cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine with the output rated at 20.2 bhp and 27 Nm. It features a round headlight flanked by bulb indicators, a single-piece seat, a dual-pod instrument console with a digital inset, and ABS. Ather 450X Gen 3
Last but not least, the Ather 450X Gen 3 too has made it to the list with an asking price of Rs 1.45 lakh (on-road Delhi). The 450X Gen 3 is Ather’s latest offering with a slew of updates over the previous generation model. It’s powered by a 6.2kW motor mated to a 3.7kWh lithium-ion battery. The 450X Gen 3’s maximum range is 105km and it features LED illumination, parking assist (reverse gear), a seven-inch touchscreen TFT display, and Smart Eco, Eco, Ride, Sport, and Warp.
