- Husqvarna motorcycles prices hiked
- New prices applicable from 1 July 2021 onwards
- Powered by a 248.77cc liquid-cooled engine
Husqvarna has announced the updated prices of the Svartpilen 250 and Vitpilen 250 in India. The new prices will be applicable from 1 July 2021 onwards. Do note that the new price hike does not bring any cosmetic or mechanical upgrades to the quarter-litre motorcycles. Mentioned below are their latest ex-showroom (Pune) prices along with the total price hike.
In the Husqvarna lineup, the Svartpilen 250 is right now priced at Rs 2,09,306 ex-showroom and has witnessed a hike of Rs 10,010. Meanwhile, the Vitpilen 250 is priced at Rs 2,08,678 and will set customers back by Rs 10,009 over the ex-showroom price of June 2021.
Both the motorcycles are powered by a 248.77cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine that delivers 30.84bhp at 9,000rpm and 24Nm at 7,500rpm. All this power and torque is taken to its wheels via a six-speed transmission. While the Swedish brand only offers the Svartpilen 250 and Vitpilen 250 as of now in the Indian market, we expect it to introduce the 401 lineup by early 2022. The Svartpilen 401 and the Vitpilen 401 will draw power from a 373cc, liquid-cooled engine that also does duty on the KTM 390 Duke.
