- Norden 901 ADV seen in presentation
- Looks similar to the concept form
- Likely to be revealed this year
Husqvarna is working on a range of new motorcycles. The Norden 901 is one of them. It’s an adventure bike built for long distance touring.
The Norden 901 was first unveiled as a concept at the 2019 EICMA Show. But it looks like we now know how the final production variant will look, thanks to Pierer Mobility’s investor presentation. It is clear from the picture that not a lot of things will change on the final model. A few fancier parts will make way for some cost effective ones. In terms of overall design and styling, the Norden 901 will look almost like the concept variant.
The Norden 901 is based on KTM’s 890cc platform. The same engine will be used but the Norden 901 is likely to get more power and torque. This motorcycle will sit above the KTM 790 Adventure and that means, it will ask for more money.
We are expecting the brand to reveal the final version by this year end. Unfortunately, EICMA and Intermot were canceled due to the COVID 19 pandemic. So expect the company to do a digital launch.
