- Royal Enfield 650 twins to get new colours
- Could be launched in the next couple of months
- 7 colours for the INT 650 and 5 colours for GT 650
Royal Enfield is set to launch the 2021 Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650 in India soon. And now, a leaked image gives us a glimpse of the new colours the motorcycles could come with.
The image reveals seven colours for the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650. While it would continue with the Baker Express, Glitter and Dust, and Orange Crush options, the Interceptor 650 would also get four new colours. First up is the Ravishing Black colour that replaces the Ravishing Red and Gloss Black on the current list. Then there is the dual-tone Gray Goose option. The list of colours also includes Royal Red as well as Ventura Blue that is offered on the Continental GT 650 now.
Speaking of which, the Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 is likely to get five colours in its update. There are three dual-tone options- Cookies and Cream, Ventura Black and Blue, and British Racing Lean. While the Mr. Clean option remains, Royal Enfield has re-introduced the GT Red colour which was previously offered on the Continental GT 535.
Now it is yet to be seen what other updates Royal Enfield has in store for the Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650 for 2021. However, we can expect the motorcycles to come with the same, 648cc, air-cooled parallel-twin engines that are mated to a five-speed gearbox.
