The Royal Enfield Classic 350 still wears the crown as the highest-selling model from the Chennai-based manufacturer’s line-up. However, the Interceptor and Continental GT 650 are also showing positive growth in sales, even though they are the most expensive offering from Royal Enfield.
As compared to April 2021, the Royal Enfield 650 twins have witnessed a 67 per cent increase in sales going from 1,293 units in ’21 to 2,159 units sold in April 2022. That said, the Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650 have also registered a month-on-month growth from March to April. To put things into perspective, Royal Enfield sold 1,226 units of the 650cc motorcycles against the 2,159 units in April which is a whopping 76 per cent increase.
Now, the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 is priced from Rs 2.88 lakh and goes up to Rs 3.14 lakh. On the other hand, the Continental GT 650 retails from Rs 3.05 lakh for the standard version and will go up to Rs 3.31 lakh (all prices ex-showroom).
