- Royal Enfield Bullet 350 BS6 to be launched soon
- Bookings open from Rs 7,000 to Rs 10,000
- Likely to get new colour options
Royal Enfield is expected to launch the Bullet 350 BS6 in India sometime in the next couple of weeks. Now, a few dealerships across the country have started accepting bookings unofficially for a token amount of Rs 7,000 to Rs 10,000.
According to dealer sources, the Bullet 350 is likely to come with new colour options as part of the update. The 346cc, single-cylinder engine will be updated to comply with BS6 norms and come with a fuel-injection system. It is likely to produce slightly lesser power than the BS4 model’s 19.8bhp figure. However, torque could remain the same at 28Nm and the motor will come mated to a five-speed gearbox.
Royal Enfield offers the Bullet 350 in four variants currently. There is the affordable kick-start (KS) and electric start (ES) models priced at Rs 1.14 lakhs and Rs 1.30 lakhs each. These versions are equipped with a single-channel ABS. The manufacturer also offers the Bullet 350 KS and ES with dual-channel ABS at Rs 1.21 lakhs and Rs 1.35 lakhs respectively. Nevertheless, the BS6 Bullet 350 could see a hike of around Rs 10,000 to Rs 12,000.
