- Royal Enfield increases prices of Bullet 350 single-channel ABS variants
- Bullet 350 KS (kick start) now costs Rs 1,14,754
- Electric start variant costs Rs 1,30,365
Royal Enfield has increased the prices of its most affordable models, the Bullet 350 KS (kick start) and ES (electric start) single-channel ABS variants. Both models were launched in August, priced at Rs 1,12,000 and Rs 1,26,692, respectively. However, following the price hike, the Bullet 350 KS now costs Rs 1,14,754 while the ES trim is pegged at Rs 1,30,365. This is an increment of Rs 2,754 and Rs 3,673, respectively. We have enquired about the reason for the price hike but the company is yet to respond.
While the aforementioned prices are that of the single-channel ABS versions, the Bullet 350 KS and ES are also available in dual-channel ABS trims which were introduced in April, following the implementation of new safety norms. These models are priced at Rs 1,21,380 and Rs 1,35,613, respectively. Besides the difference in the braking set up, the single-channel and dual ABS models also carry subtle cosmetic differences and feature different paint schemes.
The Bullet is Royal Enfield’s oldest running model in India which still remains to be popular choice amongst buyers. It is powered by a 346cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, carbureted motor which churns out 19.8bhp and 28Nm of torque. Royal Enfield has been spotted testing the BS-VI versions of the Classic and Thunderbird at multiple occasions. When these models are launched, expect the brand to also introduce the BS-VI-compliant Bullet 350 in India.
