Royal Enfield has launched a customisation configurator for the Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650 on its official website.
The customisation program allows interested customers to fit the motorcycle with different accessories before booking. The extensive list of accessories includes flyscreens, handlebar brace pads, reservoir caps, mirrors, engine guards and seats.
While the website also mentions luggage and wheels, Royal Enfield has not yet introduced them on the online configurator. After ordering, these parts will be shipped to the selected dealership and fitted before delivery. More importantly, these parts come with a 2-year warranty.
Now the catch here is that the online customisation program is available only in six cities- Delhi Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune. In other news, Royal Enfield also introduced a similar program for the Classic 350. We expect the manufacturer to have a customising configurator for the Thunderbird, Himalayan and Bullet in the near future too.
