Vida has launched the V2 electric scooter range in India and as we reported in our previous stories, the V2 is offered in three variants - Lite, Plus, and Pro. This is the first time that Vida has added the Lite variant to its electric scooter range.
The asking price for the Lite, Plus, and Pro are set at Rs. 96,000, Rs. 1,15,000, and Rs. 1,35,000 (all ex-showroom, Delhi). Apart from the pricing, the V2 models also differ in terms of their range, and power output.
The V2 Lite gets a single 2.2kWh battery whereas the Plus and Pro trims use 3.44kWh and 3.94kWh units. The latter are split in two batteries and all three models get removable units. The Vida V2 Lite gets 64km range and a top speed of 69kmph while the V2 Plus gets 100km range with 85kmph top speed and the V2 Pro offers 114km range and a top speed of 90kmph.
On the feature front, the Vida V2 trio gets LED illumination, a 7-inch TFT, cruise control, keyless entry, follow-me-home lights, and re-gen as well. Its hardware includes telescopic front forks, a monoshock, a front disc, and rear drum brake with alloy wheels.
The V2 Pro is the most expensive model whereas the V2 Lite is the entry ticket for the Vida electric scooter range.
