Yamaha India sees 21 per cent growth in March

India Yamaha Motor reported a growth of 21 per cent in total sales for March. The company sold 50,473 units as compared to 41,886 in the same month last year.

In the domestic market, the company sold 35,782 units as compared to 29,819 in the corresponding month last year which helped them grow 20 per cent.  The company also achieved 21.5 per cent growth in the export markets where they managed to sell 14,691 units in March as compared to 12,067 units in March 2012.
