Yamaha Motor India Sales Pvt. Ltd. has inaugurated two new dealerships in Maharashtra. One of the two dealerships is located in the Mumbai city while other is in Palghar District on the outskirts of the city.
Zika Motors is located on Link Road, in Andheri West , Mumbai. The facility is of 5,000 s. ft. and includes both, a showroom and a service area. The other dealership is named Sahil Yamaha and is located at Bhoisar-Tarapur Road in the in Palghar District on the outskirts of Mumbai. This facility also houses a showroom and workshop in an area of 4,800 sq. ft.
Masaki Asano, Managing Director, Yamaha Motor India Sales Pvt. Ltd., said, "India is a very significant market for us and our plan is to spread out and increase our presence. We have a very strong product line-up that caters to varied customer segments right from women to youth to family. We believe that a strong product portfolio must be supported by a strong distribution system. The opening of new dealerships in Maharashtra, especially in Mumbai has indeed strengthened our presence. We expect these initiatives to lead to a proper distribution channel and provision of genuine spare parts and accessories, thereby increasing reliability and customer satisfaction."
Yamaha Motor India Sales plans to extend its reach in our country by adding more dealerships. The company at present has 1,300 outlets and aims to up this number to 2,300 by the end of this year. These facilities will be spread out across different regions in India and will help to cater to more and more customers all over the country.
