Roy Kurian, Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Yamaha Motor India Sales Pvt. Apart from our new scooter launches, the robust results can be attributed to our strong product portfolio and steadfast customer confidence. Our innovative marketing strategies and exciting product portfolio across segments have also helped us reap good results. We’re looking at further expanding our dealership network across India as well as enhance our customer care services. The future definitely seems exciting and we look forward to improving our performance in 2014 as well.”

Yamaha’s strategy of focusing on the scooter market in India seems to have worked successfully with the Yamaha Ray and Ray-Z helping the manufacturer to boost the overall sales. The company hopes to better the business in the country this year as well. They plan to launch a new product on January 7. We will keep you updated about the new launch.
